Climbing period: from early March to late May, with monsoon season to the rainy season, the best season for climbing. 行程规划攀登珠峰的起点应从卢克拉开始，攀登人员可选择乘直升机直抵大本营，也可徒步前往以逐渐的适应气候和海拔，另外，EBC也是世界上最漂亮的徒步路线之一。珠峰一般设4个营地，拉练适应最高到达海拔7250m的C3营地，期间也需要在BC、C1和C2之间多次往返拉练，让身体熟悉攀登技巧以及山况。从抵达加德满都到攀登完全结束回国，攀登时长在45~60天之间，多变的气候是产生影响攀登的不稳定因素，需根据天气状况进行调整。 Trip planningThe climbing starting point will be from Lukla, the climbers can either take helicopter to base camp or hike to gradually get used to the climate and altitude, and the EBC is one of the most beautiful hiking routes in the world. Good health, physical fitness (heart disease, hypertension and other people not suitable for strenuous exercises will not be allowed to participate in).4. Necessary to provide the recent eligible physical examination result approved by the local authority at least town or above.5. Please strengthen physical training in advance. It is recommended to run for 5 km each time, at least 3 times a week, or go up the stairs with a weight of about 10 kg for 20-40 floors every day. and take the elevator down in order to protect your knees.
