font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;'>教育情怀</p></span> <p> 曲宏杰，1996年参加工作，本科学历，中小学一级教师。</p><p> 他先后获得偃师市优秀教师、河南省电话教育先进个人、洛阳市电化教育先进工作者、偃师市教体系统优秀党员。他所执教的《植树问题》获洛阳市优质课二等奖、《长方体和正方体的认识》获偃师市一等奖。</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">后期服务贵在勤</span></p><p> 作为校务服务中心的团队成员，牢固树立意识意识，把专业高效的服务作为工作的标准，校务服务承担着学校后勤服务、上级部门的上传下达等工作。头绪多、任务重。为了解决办公室打印机的硒鼓问题，他想方设法准备了部分待用硒鼓，自己多跑腿，做到随到随换，方便了大家的使用。学校一体机出现故障，他和维修人员加班加点抢修，还学习掌握了普通问题的处理方法，全力保障教学的使用。疫情期间多次到学校进行校园消杀，修剪花木。勇于承担临时工作，拍摄制作了疫情期间手语操、疫情演练视频、全市的防溺水宣传片。经常加班加点，换钟表、修电扇，保障高中招等大型活动设备的维护和运转。</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">加强学习促提升</span></p><p> 学无止境。他引领团队，相互学习，共同提升。人人争当“多面手”，小问题首问负责第一时间处理，大问题协调作战快速解决。每周按时参加一、二年级的语文教研活动，倾听语文教学中的经验和困惑，学习教学中的重点和难点，做好知识的准备。为了提高老师的书写水平，他每周坚持为大家讲解粉笔字的书写技巧，为大家示范指导。</p> <div align="center"><br></div> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 20px;">深入年级管理</span></p><p> 坚持学校“高站位决策，低中心运行”的服务理念，工作重心下沉和前移。他深入年级和班级，为了加强学生的课前管理，他和一年级的班主任老师共同每天早到校，校园、年级、班级、课前巡视和课中巡课相结合，发现问题及时处理。疫情期间参加一年级网上巡课50多节，及时解决网课中的技术问题。</p><p><br></p> 不是在维修，就是在维修的路上。忙碌着，成长着，快乐着，这就是服务中心这个团队的初心和责任，在新的学期，t将以服务更专业、高效为目标，更好服务广大师生为己任，为辉煌二小增砖添瓦。
