“单丝难成线,独木不成林”。个人的智慧总是有限的,个人的力量总是微薄的。子固小学清醒地意识到这一点,通过“常态课研讨化、研讨课精细化、公开课经典化”等课堂教学教研机制运作,特别是“同课异构+辩课”这一研讨课精细化的教研活动,不断形成教研合力,让教师们抱团发展。
子固小学的合力教研其实是从推门观课发展过来的。在教学管理过程中,发现推门观课仅仅是合力教研的初始形式,拓展中,学校适时加入了优课教研形式,特别是引入“同课异构+辩课”的模式,为合力教研提供了实实在在的平台。以前也有过评课,但往往流于形式,停在表面,只说长处,不说短处,甚至把短处说成长处。自从有了辩课后,就有了思维观点激烈的交锋,个性智慧在唇枪舌剑中熠熠生辉。
对辩课,教师们曾有过诸多的不适应。起初,辩课跟评课区别不大,换汤不换药。针对这种情况,学校通过深入调研,提出了“五有”课堂的要求。让老师们带着问题观课,在比较中观课。课堂教学“五有”指有爱心、有默契、有趣味、有价值、有思想。1.有爱心就是学生积极主动参与学习。读懂学生,充分了解学情,加强预习,精准浇注,照顾学习有困难的学生(都在学)。2.有默契就是教师蹲下来看学生,善于与学生交流,学生听得懂。3.有趣味,要求设计巧妙,幽默风趣,手段丰富,学生学得轻松愉快。4.有价值就是完成教学三维目标,善于提出核心问题,学生有收获(学有所得)。5.有思想指着眼学生未来发展。“五有”的提出,使观课有了思考的深度,辩课有了衡量的高度,活动有了实质的推进。

随着学校自身的发展,子固小学越来越意识到,单靠本校的实力是远远不够的。“一个人走可以走得很快,一群人走可以走得很远”。教研也是如此,和同频的人共同追梦是最美的远方。为此,学校充分借助外力,适时开展国培参训、合作共研、创建市级学科教研基地、外派培训观摩、送课下乡等活动,形成一系列校外交流机制。
加入《江西教育》全国名校联盟和“中国好教师”教育帮扶专项活动,是合作共研的重要举措。经过几年持续活动,“携手《江西教育》合作共研”已经成为本校的一个教研品牌。借助《江西教育》的资源优势,邀请到的专家学者讲学,质量高,反响大,具时效性,实效性。2019年12月,由子固小学承办的一次活动,全县各中小学都派了教师参加,聆听了成都大学陈大伟教授,苏州海门学校吴建英校长的精彩讲座。广大教师如沐春风,与授课者产生积极的互动。陈大伟教授在年度总结里特地提到这事还很有感触。他写道:用“松软的温度”来回顾自己的2019,是因为受邀12月7日在江西省南丰县讲过一次课,获得了一首《松软的温度》的赠诗。他感慨地说,诗中“冬日里的“炭火”、“银杏叶”、“腊肉”等意象是自己喜爱的,“轻轻”、“家常”、“松软”是自己一直在努力修炼与实践的方向,通过交流、写作及与外界相处的方式达到那种理想的状态,而“热量”、“温度”则是自己选择当下生活状态的目的和价值,于是选了“松软的温度”来表达这一年。提到另一首赠诗,他这样表达:诗里有“你轻轻转动话筒 让微笑开花”的句子,我极喜欢。
合作共研还包括与杭州市崇文实验学校和南城县盱江小学教育集团结对帮优。
2015年,子固小学瞄准时机,积极创造条件,成功获批为抚州市“首批数学教研基地”。从而正式建立了一个官方合作共研学科平台。

由课堂观察到教研力的提升,是子固小学由单项教研到集成教研又一个突出的体现。
课堂观察是由吴美华校长首先倡导的,还没来得及在子固小学铺开,她就被调去别校。经过在他校一段时间的实践,她思路也越来越开阔了,调回子固小学后,很快组织开展了包括课堂观察在内的集成性教研。县教研室就这一教研走向进行了专题调研,深入挖掘,将其定位为教研力的提升。
所谓教研力是教研发展水平的总和,教研的综合实力。至少由三个方面组成:诊断力、学习力和创造力。子固小学正是通过提升这“三力”,来提升教研力的。
诊断力方面,确立“为学而研”的指导思想,注重观察学生,关注学情,学会根据学生的学习实际,确定教研目标,优化课堂教学,以摆脱作秀课、表演课的偏向。一段时间下来,教师们有了不同程度的诊断意识和诊断水平。学科组在教师们的积极参与下,确定了有针对性的阶段性教研专题。上学期,语文教研组的教研专题为“如何根据课后练习题进行教学设计”,数学教研组的为“在数学课堂中怎样培养学生的表达力”。有了明确的教研专题,教研活动就更加切合实际,卓有成效。
学习力方面,突出强调现场学习力,在实践中抓好“九课”:大赛课、研讨课、指导课、抽查课、评教课、督察课、导航课、客串课、汇报课。根据不同课型,提出不同的课堂观察要求。
创造力方面,鼓励教师突破条条框框,突破自我,在研课标、研教法、研课堂、研评课、研反思这“五研”的基础上,形成诸多省市县校教研课题,多种教学特色。仅2019年,子固小学就有15名教师被评为南丰县第五批学科带头人,4名教师被推荐参评抚州市第五批骨干教师,2名教师被推荐参评江西省第四批骨干教师。在激烈的竞争中,吴美华校长成功晋级正高级教师。另外,3名教师获得市级教学能力大赛一等奖。
“好风凭借力,送我上青云。”坚信有全体子固人的不懈努力,南丰教育的晴空下,子固小学这只美丽的天鹅会越来越美,越飞越远。因单体到集成的跨越,子固教研的春天正翩跹而来!

随着学校自身的发展,子固小学越来越意识到,单靠本校的实力是远远不够的。“一个人走可以走得很快,一群人走可以走得很远”。教研也是如此,和同频的人共同追梦是最美的远方。为此,学校充分借助外力,适时开展国培参训、合作共研、创建市级学科教研基地、外派培训观摩、送课下乡等活动,形成一系列校外交流机制。
加入《江西教育》全国名校联盟和“中国好教师”教育帮扶专项活动,是合作共研的重要举措。经过几年持续活动,“携手《江西教育》合作共研”已经成为本校的一个教研品牌。借助《江西教育》的资源优势,邀请到的专家学者讲学,质量高,反响大,具时效性,实效性。2019年12月,由子固小学承办的一次活动,全县各中小学都派了教师参加,聆听了成都大学陈大伟教授,苏州海门学校吴建英校长的精彩讲座。广大教师如沐春风,与授课者产生积极的互动。陈大伟教授在年度总结里特地提到这事还很有感触。他写道:用“松软的温度”来回顾自己的2019,是因为受邀12月7日在江西省南丰县讲过一次课,获得了一首《松软的温度》的赠诗。他感慨地说,诗中“冬日里的“炭火”、“银杏叶”、“腊肉”等意象是自己喜爱的,“轻轻”、“家常”、“松软”是自己一直在努力修炼与实践的方向,通过交流、写作及与外界相处的方式达到那种理想的状态,而“热量”、“温度”则是自己选择当下生活状态的目的和价值,于是选了“松软的温度”来表达这一年。提到另一首赠诗,他这样表达:诗里有“你轻轻转动话筒 让微笑开花”的句子,我极喜欢。
合作共研还包括与杭州市崇文实验学校和南城县盱江小学教育集团结对帮优。
2015年,子固小学瞄准时机,积极创造条件,成功获批为抚州市“首批数学教研基地”。从而正式建立了一个官方合作共研学科平台。

由课堂观察到教研力的提升,是子固小学由单项教研到集成教研又一个突出的体现。
课堂观察是由吴美华校长首先倡导的,还没来得及在子固小学铺开,她就被调去别校。经过在他校一段时间的实践,她思路也越来越开阔了,调回子固小学后,很快组织开展了包括课堂观察在内的集成性教研。县教研室就这一教研走向进行了专题调研,深入挖掘,将其定位为教研力的提升。
所谓教研力是教研发展水平的总和,教研的综合实力。至少由三个方面组成:诊断力、学习力和创造力。子固小学正是通过提升这“三力”,来提升教研力的。
诊断力方面,确立“为学而研”的指导思想,注重观察学生,关注学情,学会根据学生的学习实际,确定教研目标,优化课堂教学,以摆脱作秀课、表演课的偏向。一段时间下来,教师们有了不同程度的诊断意识和诊断水平。学科组在教师们的积极参与下,确定了有针对性的阶段性教研专题。上学期,语文教研组的教研专题为“如何根据课后练习题进行教学设计”,数学教研组的为“在数学课堂中怎样培养学生的表达力”。有了明确的教研专题,教研活动就更加切合实际,卓有成效。
学习力方面,突出强调现场学习力,在实践中抓好“九课”:大赛课、研讨课、指导课、抽查课、评教课、督察课、导航课、客串课、汇报课。根据不同课型,提出不同的课堂观察要求。
创造力方面,鼓励教师突破条条框框,突破自我,在研课标、研教法、研课堂、研评课、研反思这“五研”的基础上,形成诸多省市县校教研课题,多种教学特色。仅2019年,子固小学就有15名教师被评为南丰县第五批学科带头人,4名教师被推荐参评抚州市第五批骨干教师,2名教师被推荐参评江西省第四批骨干教师。在激烈的竞争中,吴美华校长成功晋级正高级教师。另外,3名教师获得市级教学能力大赛一等奖。
“好风凭借力,送我上青云。”坚信有全体子固人的不懈努力,南丰教育的晴空下,子固小学这只美丽的天鹅会越来越美,越飞越远。因单体到集成的跨越,子固教研的春天正翩跹而来!
