<p><b>Gravity is a force that pulls</b></p><p>Earth's gravity pulls objects down. This pull is because objects have made. Mass is amount of matter in an object. It is measured in kilograms.The bigger the mass ,the bigger the pull. The more mass something has, the bigger its pull of gravity.</p><p><b>Earth’s gravity</b></p><p>Earth’s gravity is the force that pulls everything on the planet toward the ground. When you drop sth,it falls because the Earth has a huge mass, so the effect of gravity is noticeable( easy to see). </p><p>When apples fall from trees, they drop to the ground because of gravity.</p><p>The Earth and the Sun both have lots of mass so their pull of gravity is big.Without this pull, the Earth and the Moon would float away in to space.</p> <p>We can stand ,jump, walk and run on the ground due to gravity. If the earth doesn’t pull you back while jumping,then you would never come back to the ground, and you may reach space in a single jump! Wow! Do you want to be without gravity and fly up to the space? But no matter you want or not, maybe it will not happen.</p><p>We live on earth, gravity keeps the air around us as a blanket, and it prevents air from eascaping into space. If the air flow into the space, what will happen next? Can you alive? Do you know why we can’t float on earth. The reason we stay on the ground is because the earth has gravity.</p><p>today we are going to make a bottle jetpack. If you wear it in space,it will stop you from floating away.</p><p>The material what we need :</p><ul><li>scissors</li><li>Pen</li><li>red / orange foam paper</li><li>Cardboard</li><li>glue stick</li><li>Strong tape </li><li>two plastic bottles</li><li>foil</li><li>Bottle tops</li><li>rope as strap to wear </li></ul> <p>Steps:</p><p>Look at following template, draw this template on a cardboard and cut out</p><p>Cut four red foam triangles as the wings and glue them each side of the cardboard</p><p>Fold two long piece of tape back on themselves to make straps.Tape at top and bottom to hold in place.</p><p>Wrap the two bottles with colored paper, silver is the best choice.tape them together.Cut two broad stripes with colored paper and wrap around the two bottles tape them tight.</p><p>tap around top and bottom of the bottles with colored strap , wrap the bottle with a loop.</p><p>Draw and cut out the fire shapes with foam paper and tape them to the neck of each bottle.</p><p>Don’t forget to decorate your jetpack with colored tape and bottle tops.</p> <p>retell in Jun</p> <p>retell Mr.Dinosaur is lost</p>
