B: Yes, the first one is about five rabbits hiding in the woods. The second one is five rabbits jumping out of the bushes. The third one is five rabbits running away. The last picture is a rabbit eating a carrot.

A rainbow is a meteorological phenomenon that is caused by reflection, refraction and dispersion of light in water droplets resulting in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky. It takes the form of a multicoloured arc. Rainbows caused by sunlight always appear in the section of sky directly opposite the sun.

Rainbows can be full circles; however, the average observer sees only an arc formed by illuminated droplets above the ground, and centred on a line from the sun to the observer's eye.

In a primary rainbow, the arc shows red on the outer part and violet on the inner side. This rainbow is caused by light being refracted when entering a droplet of water, then reflected inside on the back of the droplet and refracted again when leaving it.

In a double rainbow, a second arc is seen outside the primary arc, and has the order of its colours reversed, with red on the inner side of the arc.

M:Baby, do you like rainbow?

B:Yes,I like rainbow very much. It’s so beautiful.

What we need for the experiment

· A glass of clear water

· A sheet of white paper

· A flashlight or sunlight

· a mirror

· (possibly will need a can or jar)

· A tape

One of the easiest ways to make a rainbow is the water glass method.

Steps

1. Fill the glass almost to the top with water.

2. place the glass of water on the white paper.The color of the sheet should be light, preferably white.把这杯水放在白纸上，纸的颜色应该是浅色，最好是白色。

3. Cover the flashlight with two pieces of tape leaving a slit in the middle.用两条胶带盖住手电筒，中间留一条缝。

4. Shine the flashlight(or sunlight) through the glass of water onto the piece of paper.把手电筒（或阳光）透过水杯照在纸上。

5. You may need to sit the glass on top of a can or jar of peanut butter to raise the glass up higher.你可能需要把杯子放在一个罐子或一罐花生酱上，才能把杯子举得更高。

6. The rainbow should appear on the paper. {Turn off the light to see it better.}彩虹应该出现在纸上。{关上灯以便看得更清楚。}

What we need

· A blank CD

· A piece of white paper

· A flashlight

· Scissors

· a tape

· a pencil

Steps

1. Take a CD and wipe it clean, to make sure it is not dusty.拿一张CD，擦干净，确保没有灰尘。

2. Hold the CD with your fingers and shine the flashlight onto the shiny side of the CD.用手指握住CD，然后将手电筒照到CD发亮的一面。

3. Move the CD and see how the colors move. Notice the shape and colors.移动CD并查看颜色的移动方式。注意形状和颜色。
