<p> 为了激发我校中青年教师英语口语授课的能力,提高教师的英语口语专业技能,营造一个良好的双语教学氛围,给教师们提供一个尽情挥洒创意、展现语言能力的舞台,我校英语教研组在学校领导与全体英语教师的支持下,6月3日下午14:30在琢玉楼录播室举办英语教师演讲比赛。</p> <p> 比赛开始,杜升敏校长对英语组开展此次活动发表讲话:英语,作为一门外语,是教育教学中既重要又特别的学科。英语教师,又是一个学习并接受中西文化差异性及包容性的群体。而英语演讲,是当好英语教师的基本途经。参与英语教学,提升专业能力,能说,能读,能译,这是一个英语教师必备的专业素养。英语教研组是巧二中优秀的团体,也正是这样优秀的你们,未来可期。</p> <p> 参加本次演讲比赛的全校英语教师共28人。由陈元斌老师担任比赛主持人。评委老师10人,由陈正萍老师担任组长。参加演讲比赛教师共17人。</p> <p> 比赛采用一轮制,设演讲话题15个,每位参赛选手赛前先抽取演讲序号,现场随机抽取话题3分钟准备,即兴发挥,演讲时间不超过3分钟。</p> <p>参赛教师现场抽取演讲序号。</p> <p> 比赛中,英语教师们都展示了各自独特的风采,语言流畅,神情并茂,激情洋溢,表达了自己的观点与见解。</p> <p>向通英老师: What is the pressure of being a teacher and how to reduce the pressure efficiently.</p> <p>雷丽萍老师: Profound knowledge and active mindset contribute to relieving pressure, absolutely we should attach great importance to communication as well.</p> <p>万选香老师: If your students often sleep in your class, what will you do? To delete the word often first please. We are doing our best to inspire our students and get them motivated!</p> <p>刘清洪老师: Absolutely, speaking plays a key role in English teaching.</p> <p>蔡琼梅老师: Body language is a good way to make our English class more lively and more effectively.</p> <p>许茜老师: Team work is definitely necessary in English class. It's true that two heads are better than one.</p> <p>邓梅老师: Language is for communication and oral English absolutely plays a leading role in English learning.</p> <p>李小扣老师: How to let students learn English effectively in the class?First of all, integrate study with play. Additionally,attach importance to student's attitude and thinking towards English,which matters a lot.</p> <p>杨升华老师: Teaching is learning,we should learn while teaching, and improve ourselves during teaching.</p> <p>王明巧老师: To have an excellent reading class,you should let all students actively participate in your activities when they’re practicing reading skills.</p> <p>李贵宝老师: The secret of making the students learn more cooperatively and efficiently is love.</p> <p>曹开琼老师: How to encourage students after a test when they didn't get an ideal score?</p> <p>朱衍佳老师: Team work contributes to making students gain more knowledge.</p> <p>卯升露老师: The ways to help students remember words well are learning by themselves first and then learning words with context.</p> <p>蒋德萍老师: If students have no interest in learning English ,what can you do to help them?Give them intetesting materials as learning materials,such as lyrics and easy English books.</p> <p>许有坤老师: To be an English teacher is my lifetime career. If you want to be a popular teacher,you should follow their pace. We should have a student's heart. We can learn from each other to build up a peaceful relationship.</p> <p>黄秀敏老师: As a saying goes:“Interest is the best teacher.”A person who is interested in something will devote himself to it.
