咱们去烧烤吧！

👉🏽烧烤词汇用哪个更准确？

烧烤分为三种，grilling、smoking、barbecuing

1⃣grilling是煎烧，用明火，温度很高。Grill作名词指烧烤炉，作动词指煎烧，即明火烤。

2⃣smoking和barbecuing是熏烤，要盖上盖子，长时间、缓慢、低温间接烤制，smoking的温度比barbecuing低。

👉🏽What is the difference between BBQ and Grilling?

1⃣Though both involve the use of heat without oil to cook foods, grill makes use of high level direct heat while BBQ involves low level heat or indirect heat.

尽管两者都涉及使用无油加热烹饪食物，但烧烤使用的是高水平的直接加热，而烤肉使用的是低水平加热或间接加热。

2⃣Grilling cooks meats in minutes while BBQ requires several hours, even a day to cook meat.

烧烤肉类需要几分钟，而烧烤需要几个小时，甚至一天来烹调肉类。

3⃣When you are grilling, the lid of the grill is up. You are using the direct heat. When you are doing BBQs the lid is down as your piece of meat is getting smoked too with low heat.

1⃣At a barbecue, food is cooked over a small fire.

2⃣The food is usually placed on a Grill, a wire grid with a heat source present on the top or below the grid.

3⃣The heat is transferred to the food by thermal radiation.

1⃣Gas grill- attached with propane tank

Gas Grills: It can cook fast. This is the most popular type of backyard grill.

2⃣charcoal grill-require coal for fire

Charcoal Grills:These grills use charcoal as the fuel and fire power for cooking.

1⃣Vegetables:

green chili [ˈtʃɪli], eggplant [ˈegplɑ:nt] , corn cob[kɒb], leek[li:k], potato chips, mushroom, Chinese cabbage [ˈkæbɪdʒ] (Flammulina velutipes and Chinese cabbage cannot be directly barbecued, with tin wrapped baking);

蔬菜：青辣椒、茄子、玉米棒、韭菜、土豆片、香菇、金针菇、大白菜（金针菇和大白菜不可直接烧烤，搭配锡纸包着烤）等；

2⃣Meat:

pork[pɔ:k] slices[slaisiz], beef [bi:f] slices, chicken legs, chicken wings [wɪŋz] , ham [hæm] sausage [ˈsɒsɪdʒ] , meatballs

Fire up/turn on the grill , preheat it

Whether you're using a gas grill or a charcoal grill, you'll need to preheat the grill before adding your food。

4⃣开始烧烤

1、Start cooking

M:Be careful, children, don't touch, it is very hot.

Tips：

（对于"Would you like..." 提出的建议或要求,肯定回答常用"Yes,please."或"Yes,I would love / like to." (I would可缩写为I'd); 否定回答常用"No,thanks.".

对于"Do you like..." 的答语,肯定回答用"Yes,I do."; 否定回答用"No,I don't."）

What do we need to go fishing？钓鱼我们都需要什么？

We need fishing poles, fish food, and buckets。

Practice setting up your tent before you go camping.

Find an area that is flat and free of sharp objects.

Unpack the tent and all of its parts.

Stake down the corners of your tent.

Connect your tent poles.
