<p> Happy Math Learning Center英语课程是专为幼儿及青少年学员设计的，英语课程跟北美教材同步，采用分级故事书系列，分级阅读理解系列，以及本机构研发英文小项目系列三个模块。课程在特别注重开发儿童语言技能，还着重培养他们的社交能力和认知发展。</p><p><br></p> <p> 初级英语学习者从分级故事书系列开始，从小故事入手，通过老师诙谐的讲解，让初学者对英语产生极大的兴趣，并从最初就接受最为准确的发音训练，另外在老师跟读中还会渗透自然拼读规则，教授孩子如何用自然拼读规则读出生词。当孩子有一定积累的同时会加入阅读理解材料，让孩子练习自己阅读，老师会提问并指导孩子尝试书写，从写单词入手，逐步尝试填空写句子等。建议初学者每次课时-半个小时，每周1-2次</p> <p> 中级英语学习者课程分为三个部分，第一部分是老师阅读北美经典英文小故事，中间会设置提问互动，旨在纠正孩子发音，提高词汇量的积累。第二部分是阅读理解材料，主要侧重学习者自我阅读，并自主完成习题，老师会进行指导和修改，此部分旨在提高孩子阅读和写作的能力。第三部分是老师每节课会设定一个主题，跟学习者进行简短地讨论，提高学习者语言组织以及演讲表达的能力。对较高年级的孩子（5年级以上）每个月还会要求做一个project，比如用ppt或者手抄报的形式做 My City, I have a pet, My favorite season 等，于每月最后一周孩子向老师自行展示。建议中级学者每次课时-1-1.5小时，每周1-2次 </p> <p> 高级英语学习者会对每个学习者进行评估，因需施教，主要有写作训练，口语演讲能力的提高，北美文化的学习以及英文解决实际问题的能力培养。所有课程教材采用定制服务，专业老师评估后VIP 一对一制定学习计划，让学习者可以在最短期的时间内达到自己的预期。建议高级学习者每次课时1.5-2小时，每周1-2次</p> <p> Emily Nikkel</p><p> Emily obtained her bachelor degree of Education and bachelor degree of Music from University of Manitoba. She has been teaching since 2017 on various school subjects such as English Language Arts, crafts, math, science and music. She is good at using a project-based classroom approach to facilitate knowledge transfer among subjects.Emily is one of most popular teachers at our center for her fun teaching style. She is working within the "daily five" framework in French and Mathematics classes. Emilie is loved by all the students with her caring and friendly teaching style. Her philosophy of education and evaluation is students centered.
