The Lost Gloves

丢失的手套

Hello everyone.My name is Mo ChenYu.Iam 7.

It was a cold day.Kipper was at school, getting ready to go home.

“Good job everyone.”said the teacher.“Parents are here.Don’t run!”

Kipper and his friends were putting on their clothes.

They were happy to go home with their parents.

Teachers put the the kids in line.So all the kids could go home safely with their parents.

“Don’t push me.”said a student .“Let’s go.”said another.

“Mum,where are my gloves?”

Kipper found out that he couldn’t find。 his gloves.He got so worried.

Teachers helped to find Kipper’s gloves.

They looked for them every where.And finally they found them.

“Oh,look here.I found it!”shouted the teathere.

The gloves were in Kipper’s shoes.

“Mum,my gloves.”said Kipper.

Kipper explained what happened to his mum.

And he was so happy to find his gloves

again.

《好饿的毛毛虫》

In the light of the moon, a little egg lay on a leaf.

月光下，一颗小小的蛋躺在树叶上。

One Sunday morning, the warm sun came up and-pop!-out of the egg came a tiny and very hungry caterpillar.

星期天的早晨暖暖的太阳升起来了，嘣的一声，一条又瘦又小又饿的毛毛虫从蛋里爬了出来。

He started to look for some food.

他要去找一些东西来吃。

On Monday, he ate through hungry.

星期一他吃了一个苹果，可是肚子还是好饿。

On Tuesday, he ate through two pears,but he was still hungry.

星期二他吃了两个梨子，可是肚子还是很饿。

On Wednesday, he ate through three plums, but he was still hungry.

星期三他吃了三个李子，可是肚子还是好饿。

On Thursday, he ate through four strawberris, but he was still hungry.

星期四它吃了四个草莓，可是肚子还是很饿。

On Friday, he ate through five oranges, but he was still hungry

星期五他吃了五个橘子，可是肚子还是好饿。

On Saturday, he ate through one piece of chocolate cake,one ice cream cone,one pickle, one slice of swiss cheese, one slice of salami, one lollipop,one piece of cherry pie, one sausage,and one slice of watermelon.

星期六他吃了一块巧克力蛋糕，一个冰淇淋甜筒，一条腌黄瓜，一块奶酪，一截火腿，一根棒棒糖，一块樱桃派一条香肠。一个蛋糕和一片西瓜。

That night he had a stomachache.

那天晚上毛毛虫的肚子好疼啊！

The next day was Sunday again.

第二天又是星期天啦！

He caterpillar ate through one nice green leaf, and after that he felt much better.

毛毛虫吃了一片又嫩又绿的叶子，觉得舒服多啦！

Now he wasn’t hungry any more---and he wasn’t a little caterpillar any more.

He was a big, fat caterpillar.

现在毛毛虫不觉得肚子饿了，他不再是一条小毛毛虫啦，它是一条又肥又大的毛毛虫啦！

He built a small house called a cocoon, around himself.

He stayed inside for more than two weeks. Then he nibbled a hole in the cocoon, pushed his way out and...

他造了一间小房子叫做“茧”，把自己包在里头。他在里头住了两个多星期，然后把茧咬破一个洞钻出来。

啊，毛毛虫变成了一只漂亮的蝴蝶！

My New Boy

I am a little black puppy. I live in a pet store. Soon I will have a kid of my own.

我是一只黑色的小狗，我住在宠物店里。很快我就会有一个自己的孩子来接我了。

Many kids come. This one pulls my tail. This one kisses too much. They are not for me.

很多孩子都来了。有的拉我的尾巴，有的太喜欢亲我。他们都不是我要找的。

Here is another kid. He says hello. He pats my head. WOOF! WOOF! This is the boy for me! My new boy takes me home.

终于又来了一个小男孩。他跟我打招呼说“你好”，拍了拍我的头，感觉很亲切。汪!汪!这才是我要找的小孩!然后我的小男孩把我带回了家。

I start taking care of my boy right away. I help him eat dinner. I help him clean.

回到家，我开始照顾我的小男孩。我帮他吃晚饭，我帮他洗脸。

I teach him to play tug-of-war.

我教他玩拔河的游戏。

I teach him to throw a ball to me.

我教给我扔球玩。

I show my boy tricks. I sit up. I roll over. I teach my boy to give me a bone every time I do a trick.

我向他展示我的把戏。比如坐立，打滚。我还教会了我的男孩:在我做完一个把戏，他就会给我一个骨头。

My boy is not good at everything.He cannot dig very fast.

我的小男孩有很多事情都不擅长比如挖沙子，他没我挖得快。

He cannot scratch his ears with his foot. He cannot hide under the bed.

他也不能用脚给耳朵抓痒痒。他也不会像我一样藏到床底下。

My boy cannot run as fast as I can. I run and run. Oh no! I do not see my boy! Is he lost?

他也没我跑得快。我快速地跑啊跑。噢，不!我的男孩不见了!我把他弄丢了吗?

I look behindbehindatree. I look on the rocks.I do not see my boy.

我到处找他，大树后面，石头上都找过了，没找到他。

Is he on the swing?No. Is he on the slide?No. I do not see my boy anywhere.

他在荡秋千那里吗?没有。他在玩滑梯吗?没有。哪儿也找不到我的男孩了。

Now I see my boy. He sees me too. He is happy I found him.

哈，我终于找到他了。他也看到我了。他很开心我能找到他。

We go home. Woof! Woof! Woof! I tell my boy he must not get lost again.

我们回家了。汪!汪!我得告诉我的男孩，下次一定要小心，再也不能走丢了!

My boy is lucky to have a smart puppy like me.

我的男孩真是太幸运了，因为他有一只我这么聪明的小狗。

Hungry Floppy

The family went camping.

They put up a tent.

It took a long time to put up the tent.

Floppy was hungry.

Floppy was so hungry,

he ran off to look for food.

A man was cooking.

"That smells good," thought Floppy,

"and I'm so hungry."

"Go away!" called the man,

"You can't have our dinner."

Floppy ran off.

Floppy saw a dog's bowl.

"This smells good," he thought,

"and I'm so hungry."

A big dog barked at Floppy.

"Go away," growled the dog,

"You can't have my dinner. "

Floppy was lost.

He saw lots of tents,

but they all looked the same to him.

Floppy could smell something.

He sniffed and sniffed.

Something smelled good.

Floppy went inside the tent.

He saw three plates.

There was a slice of cake on each one.

By now, Floppy was very hungry.

So he ate the big slice.

He was still hungry,

so he ate the smaller slice.

But Floppy was still hungry,

so he ate the very small slice, too.

"I need a rest now," he thought.

There were three beds.

Floppy lay on the blue bed,

but Then Floppy lay on the green bed,

but it was too soft.

it was too hard.

In the end, he lay on the red bed.

It was not too hard or too soft.

It was just right.

So he went to sleep.

Soon, a girl came back to the tent with her mum and dad.

It was Anneena!

"Someone has eaten my cake," said Anneena.

"Someone has eaten all the cakes," said Anneena's mum.

"And look who's sleeping on your bed."

"It was Floppy!" said Anneena.

"What are you doing here, you naughty dog?"

Anneena and her dad looked for Biff and Chip.

At last, they found them.

"What a surprise to see you!" said Biff.

Anneena told them about Floppy.

"Never mind, " said Dad.

"Stay and have some of our cake."

Helping other



We know that we’re supposed to help each other every day, but why? Why do we need to help other?

First, helping others is a good thing to do, you help others solve some problems and they will thank you and maybe help you next time. Second, helping others benefits everyone too, you will be happy helping others, and they will be happy to get your help.

Well how do we help others? You can just help by some simple ways like helping elderly people cross the road or lending your desk mate a pen. Or you can get a job that can help others, like a doctor, doctor help people recover from sick and illness, or you can be a teacher, a teacher help students learns new thing. Anyway, remember to always help others and that’s all.

Chopsticks Culture



Chopsticks are the most common eating tools in China. Chopsticks have an impressive history of over 3000 years! In the Pre-qin period, chopsticks were called Jia. They were called Zhu during the Han dynasty, and Kuai from the Ming dynasty. When you place two thin chopsticks between your fingers to grab food, you need to pay attention to your manners, for example, food that has been picked up should not be put back down on the plate, You shouldnt point at others with chopsticks. Instead you need to be courteous to others, especially to the elders. Table manners are an important part of Chinese food culture, and using chopsticks properly is the first step of Chinese food culture we can introduce to the world.
