Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.</p><p>2. Develop and implement IT system policies and procedures.</p><p>3. Plan, budget, and control IT systems based on business needs. </p><p>4. Install, configure, operate and maintain IT systems, including servers, network, database and software.</p><p>5. Design, develop, implement, operate and administer applications to meet business requirements.</p><p>6. Control the budget and expenditures of the project.</p> <p><br></p><p><b>Software Developer</b></p><p><br></p><p>1. Collect and document users' requirements and develop logical and physical specifications</p><p>2. Research, evaluate and synthesize technical information to design, develop and test computer-based systems including mobile applications</p><p>3. Develop data, process and network models to optimize architecture and to evaluate the performance and reliability of designs </p><p>4. Plan, design and co-ordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of computer-based systems including mobile applications </p><p>5. Assess, test, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures for operating systems, communications environments and applications software</p><p>6. May lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software and other embedded software control systems.</p> <p><br></p><p><b>Marketing Consultant - Advertising</b></p><p><br></p><p>1. Design market research questionnaire</p><p>2. Plan development projects and co-ordinate activities with representatives of a wide variety of industrial and commercial enterprises, community and business associations and government agencies</p><p>3. Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to attract venture capital</p><p>4. Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale or retail consumers</p><p>5. Evaluate customer service and store environments</p><p>6. Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles</p><p>7. Plan and develop E-commerce strategies</p><p>8. Provide consultation on planning and starting of new businesses</p>
