一、夏季来临,食源性疾病进入高发季节,教育学生知道病从口入的道理,合理膳食,增加营养,教育孩子加强锻炼;如有发热或其它不适要及时就医,并及时、如实地告知家长或学校。
二、树立健康的食品消费理念,加强防范意识,自觉抵制垃圾食品等假冒伪劣食品。引导学生不在学校周边购买食品;不光顾无证无照的流动摊档和卫生条件不佳的饮食店;不随意购买、食用街头小摊贩出售的劣质食品、饮料。
三、不在学校周边饮食摊点就餐,不要购买街头无(证)商贩出售的各类食品;不食来历不明的、熟食和冷饮等可疑食品。
四、不携带外卖、零食进入校园。
五、每天喝温开水,避免饮用生水或各种饮料。
六、 不吃大量冷冻食品,运动后体温升高,大量流汗,又热又渴,如果为了一时痛快大吃冷饮食品,胃肠温度突然降低会导致肠胃功能受到刺激而功能紊乱,引起腹泻、腹痛等症状。
七、争做食品安全的宣传员。让我们一起行动起来,培养良好的营养和健康意识,让我们养成科学良好的饮食习惯和生活方式,让我们更加健康快乐地成长。
