“A journey of a thousand Li starts by taking the first step”.Epidemic has no emotion, but people do. Anti-epidemic Activities and Teaching Assistance are currently in action. All English teachers in Hulan District actively participated in the online teaching and research activities during the epidemic. In the more than 10 teaching and research activities, three generations of English teachers have been working orderly and systematically in close cooperation with an appropriate division of labor, to ensure the quality and stability of the online English teaching in Hulan District, thus contributing to the fighting against the epidemic.

2. 于崴葳老师

（a）From this video lesson, I can see that the teacher centered this lesson on the teaching aims and all the difficult and important points were especially highlighted. She tried his best to attach great importance to using specific examples and various activities to cultivate students’ all-round development. In general, this lesson is excellent and successful.

（b）These three teachers prepared their lectures carefully and mastered a lot of knowledge in English teaching . I was especially impressed with Miss. Guo's lectures, which helped me a lot in the review of vocabulary and grammar in the senior school entrance examination.

 I have learned something important from analyzing the reflection of listening and speaking class in Middle school talked by Yu Haiyan. She said that listening should pay attention to listening to learn and learning to listen，which impressed me most. In my listening class，I usually pay attention to listening to learn，which will not develop the students' comprehensive abilities well. Also，we should promote to develop the students' thinking ability，that is，listening for literal meaning，logical understanding and critical understanding，which is very significant for me to improve in my English class.

  Thank you for Hai-yanYu, professor from  Heilongjiang Provincial institute of education provided us with online teaching view. I listened to the teacher of Y e ‘s online class, I gained a lot. Hearing of online teaching is one of my short board, through this class, I learned how to deal with before-listening, while-listening and after-listening activities .  Teacher  Y e used knowledge share successful capsule, based on the questionnaire star, mutual communication, through the intelligent learning platform, wing network class job data feedback function help poor students. assisted teaching it is very worthy of my study. I was inspired deeply by this lesson after listening to design the mind map, e-books.In my future teaching,I also want to continue to learn, especially to improve my information technology and subject knowledge integration ability.

  The sense of English Learning

  After the course of study about listening,I learned a lot of knowledge from the teacher .I think learning is a lifelong journey.I summarized into the following points .

   First ,I know I have known a new software, and I have known about information about listening exam.

  Secondly,I have learned some skills about how to deal with the problems about listening.For example,you must often expose yourself to the English environment .Though you can not understand what they say,you will make your life are filled English.Step by step,your listening skill will be improved.

  Taking all the factors into consideration,we could know if you want to learn English well,you have to insist on listening, speaking, reading and writing .Only in this way can we achieve our goals .

  It is a very meaningful and thoughtful thing for our middle school English teachers to have the precious opportunity to study through the internet,especially in this special time.Thanks for your efforts.Students in Grade nine are going to have the high school entrance exam.As we all know,English vocabulary and grammar play important roles in the exam.So it is particularly important for us to guide the students to review these two

espects.Miss Guo's course is very comprehensive,which is very enlightening to me.Her course provided a new review ideas for both teachers and students.

  Through this online study, I benefited a lot. As a teacher of the graduating class, I'm thankful to Ms. Yu for a wonderful sharing with us. I have a new understanding of vocabulary review and grammar review for the senior high school entrance examination, and I will put the method I have learnt into my teaching. Because of too many words , by classifying the words, students can master the words more clearly and systematically. In order not to make the grammar teaching too boring, the teaching is combined with the paragraphs to make it more interesting. In a word, I wish I could have more chances to listen to the famous teacher's class.

（a）The students and teachers who listened to the lesson benefited a lot from Miss Ye's lecture.The teacher's spoken language is very fluent and the interaction between teachers and students is also very good,all the people learned the whole lesson in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

（b）Miss Guo’s lecture is practical and comprehensive ,it has a high reference value and rich contents .I learned a lot from Miss Guo . I ‘ll use them in my class .

  Everyone has good points that I am short of and should learn .In the lesson，the teacher tries her best to arouse the students’ interest in order to have the students master the knowledge in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere . She made it。

  I missed the live classOn April 24th because I was having a class at that time.Today I watched the live class and I learned a lot.

First ，Thanks for giving us a chance to improve ourselves.Thank Ms. Yu And Ms. Ye.Now let me write down something about my feelings.

Ms.Yu began her class by guessing games in order to catch the interest of students.During the class,she spoke English all the time and her students could understand her well.Through asking and answering questions to help students understand the listening materials.Retelling the story about Yu Gong Moves a Mountain is also a good way to train vocabulary,phrases, sentence patterns of students.And I think the teacher is good at leading students and praising students.

All in all,I learned a lot。I hope we can have more chances to listen to some famous teachers to give us lessons .Thank you again.

13. 张海燕老师

  As it is a listening and speaking lesson,Ms Ye pays more attention to the part. Only do we have enough put ins,we can have put outs for communication and learning further.Realizing the importance of the skills,Ms Ye designed her lesson with great care in different ways,such as leading in the new lesson by watching videos,putting the pictures in the right ; filling in the blanks according to what they hear and so on.I think the most brilliant part is the students do excellent dubbing.It arouses the students ' interest in listening and speaking. Mealwhile,it improves their skills efficiently. You know,there are so many magnificent poits in the lesson. And those are what impresses me most. I will learn from Ms Ye for her rich knowledge and her perfect talent. At the same time,I will thank Mr Wang for his offering the chance for our improvement.

（a）Firstly, I want to appreciate for this opportunity. As we all know, it is very important for our middle school English teachers to learn something about how to control our class and how to make our students know the language points more clearly.

The lesson from Miss Ye benefited me a lot. Miss Ye  repeatedly stressed  the importance of "English listening and speaking class". In the course uation, Professor  Yu gave us specific guidance and taught us how to carry out English listening training strategies and operational methods. How to dig deeply into the text and how to use it to improve students' English thinking ability; I benefited a lot from online course and uation. It  gives me a lot of inspiration, teaching and application in the future I will continue to the teaching of reflection, adjust teaching strategies, and strive to maximize the help students form the independent learning ability, and cultivate the students' ability of thinking in English for the students English comprehensive ability and the improvement of English literacy.

（b）Miss Guo’s lecture was about the comprehensive in English. After listening to Miss Guo’s lecture, I know more about how to guide students to do the comprehensive more quickly and correctly. It benefited me a lot.
