李校长首先肯定了陈业天老师的设计,特别是对问题引领的设计有针对性、层次性,更表扬了我们组员教研气氛浓厚。同时,李校长一针见血指出我们该如何进行集体备课,要注意同课异构与集体备课这两种教研活动的区别。他建议:集体备课应将重点放在商议如何上好这一节课、如何做好旧知识的铺垫迁移、如何突破重点难点、如何设计教法学法、如何做好问题设计及展示交流,还要结合已有的教学经验预设学生学习了这一节课后将会遇到那些问题、错题,并提前设计好响应的预案引导学生解决遇到的问题、错题。有了这些方案的准备,老师们上课才会得心应手。另外,寄托我们要珍惜每次的研修,机会难得,因此研修的内容要充实,形式要多样。
