国营第五五二三厂（第二厂名：国营长白机械厂）是七十年代初国家重点抢建的国防工程之一，国家大型二类企业，隶属于第五机械工业部后为兵器工业部。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;"> 工厂生产的主要产品是69式40毫米火箭破甲弹，工厂于1970年破土兴建，1971年定型，1972年开始投入批量生产，1973年实现竣工验收。至1975年底国家已收回全部投资。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;"> 工厂地处长白山山脉青顶山下，位于吉林省辉南县永兴村境内。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;"> 1969年底吉林省委，吉林省军区选定厂址，1970年1月五五工程指挥部成立。 1970年3月22日军代表詹开胜和调到工厂的专业技术人员等8人在对厂址进行了实地考察，4月15日，工厂从德惠县招收的第一批徒工262人报到，4月20日建造101工房，拉开了工厂建设的序幕。5月11日工厂筹建组成立，9月28日20发样品弹加工完成，实现了＂四个当年＂。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b 1976年7月7日早上班后，火工区三一一车间总装工房发生爆炸，之后2号压药工房爆炸，11日在排险中1号压药工房爆炸，爆炸使三处工房全部炸毁夷为平地。98人受伤和23人牺牲，损失巨大。</font></b></h3><h3><span style="caret-color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"><b><font color="#191919"> 想起来这起爆炸案我躲过好几劫，爆炸后第一时间受詹代表指派第一个骑摩托车冲进炮弹还在断续飞的现场查看爆炸情况，回来完好。第二次爆炸我刚离开二号工房去六沟走到半路工房就爆炸了。第三次7月21日在战斗部工房发现手榴弹时我就在门口取宣传稿，当时听到曲师傅等人喊：手榴弹！冒烟了！快跑！我骑着摩托车下到三0九车间趴在水沟边，庆幸没响。</font></b></span></h3><h3><span style="caret-color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"><b><font color="#191919"> 阶级敌人用手榴弹引爆四O弹造成爆炸，被定为7.23特大反革命破坏爆炸案，由吉林省公安厅直接指挥破案。</font></b></span></h3><h3><span style="caret-color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"><b><font color="#191919"> 工厂先后还发生了俱乐部失火等多起不明和破坏案件。</font></b></span></h3><h3><span style="caret-color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"><b><font color="#191919"> 工厂成立北京检修指挥部，指派相关单位去首钢承揽工程干检修，外埠创收成为工厂当年经济收入的重要来源。</b></font></h3> <h3><font color="#ed2308"><b> 归首钢后工厂给各个单位下指标要去北京首钢揽工程创收。完成任务后年底工厂及各单位都会组织大会餐举办火锅宴。这是在单身食堂应邀参加检验科的会餐。</b></font></h3> <h3><font
