小结：

争取尽快把0B扫雷结束，最近节奏有点乱了，主题式的规划太费神，调整的备课快要赶不上上课。但是 打卡这么几天，给我得感觉很好，虽然不断调整搞得自己焦头烂额，但是有完整备课后上课质量明显提高了，而且回头看，或者向前看，自己感悟很多，可以有明确的方向不断调整的更好。
