一场突如其来的疫情影响了大家的工作和生活,改变了师生们的学习方式,更给学校开展教育教学工作带来新的挑战。面对疫情,举国上下万众一心,同心抗“疫”,期待久违的春天早已到来,疫情当下我们没能如期回到美丽的校园,但我们停课不停学,成长不停歇。在学校疫情防控工作教学领导小组统一部署下,自2020年2月10日起,正式启动“停课不停学”线上教学活动,目前蒲小五(2)班全体师生积极应对、共同配合,各项教育教学工作平稳开展,顺利推进。“空中课堂”的教学工作已经开展了近两个月,我也在不断摸索改进,现将这一阶段的线上教学工作总结如下:

线上教学具有很多的不确定因素,和课堂上课相比学生的自制力和注意力都不容易把控,因此老师们对每一堂课都精心备课,力求把知识更精准的传达给学生,同时让自己的课堂充满趣味,注重激发学生的学习兴趣。
我首先在网上搜集下载了电子课本、教师用书、导学案、同步练习等教学资源。把这些资源结合我们班的实际进行整合,运用于教学之中。网络教学学生是主体,只有学生做足准备,才可以开展教学和保证教学质量,为此我与家长沟通,要求家长做了两个方面的准备:一是网络学习使用的设备,如:手机,电脑,平板等,还有是否有网络;二是学生和家长面对新的授课方式要做好足够的心理准备。在开课的前一天我在微信群又与家长进行了开课前的动员,为正式的学习做好准备。

提前安排学生的预习任务,教给学生具体的预习方法,提出预习要求是线上授课的重要一环。开课之前,我给学生布置学习任务,将提前准备好的当天的学习任务清单和“导学案”、习题训练、抄写、背诵、课外阅读内容一并发到网上。开课后,在班级学习群里统一观看《状元大课堂》慕课提供的教学视频,师生一起学习,边看边记好笔记。听完后我先把笔记发在群里,让孩子们对照补充,然后笔记拍照打卡,每天及时统计确认无一人掉队。偶尔有特殊情况,我会及时联系家长,了解情况,立即解决,坚持做到“今日事,今日毕”。在两个月的教学中,前三个单元的教学内容基本已完成,学生作业也已提交并批改订正。第四单元正在学习之中。

2月10日网上开课至今,我们一直采用的是微信群线上教学,我班55人全部积极参与学习,全班55人每天打卡考勤率达到百分百,语文作业提交率也达到百分百。我们的课程安排:每天六节,上、下午各三节,每节时长为四十分钟,作为班主任和语文老师的我负责语文课和德育活动课,以及随时处理空中课堂的各种学习问题。

线上教学老师是主导学生是主体,如何检验教学成果?作业的批改验收是最有效的途径,老师们利用作业检查批改对学生进行及时的培优辅差。
学生在完成线上学习后,要自觉完成学习作业并提交人人通空间,大部分学生对于抄写、背诵默写作业能较快地、及时地提交,但对于习题训练、作文笔记之类的作业提交的就慢些了。学生提交上来的作业,我会及时进行批阅,跟进辅导。不漏一人,不落一课,根据作业反馈情况,有时在微信群发布,重点激励完成的较好的,对于没完成和完成不够理想的以微信与学生个别交流,找出存在问题,鼓励努力完成,不训斥,不说教,不告状。最近一周课本、练习册发下来了,心里感觉舒畅多了,预习、上课都方便多了,课堂笔记可以和课本完美结合了,孩子们的学习积极性更有成效了。

网上上课毕竟与普通上课有差别。无法保证学生学习时间,无法保证学生学习效果,也无法保证学生网络通顺。所以对学生的学习效果,我的期望值不是很高。我坚持学生参与学习就好的观点,但学习要求不降低,学习任务要完成,学习知识要记牢,师生互动不能少。我认为网上学习是一种态度的检验,且不论学多少知识,至少获得了一种克服困难的能力,一种不放弃的精神,还有一份学而不厌的好习惯。

通过两个月的线上教学,我发现一部分学生缺乏自觉性,在无家长监管的情况下,不按时上线学习,或者中途离开,还有些学生不服家长管教,任意妄为,我连线与这小部分学生进行谈话,有表示会努力学习,也有我无法摸到人的,只能望“机”兴叹;还有些学生家庭情况比较特殊,无人监管,自由散漫,不重视学习;也有些学生家庭中兄妹几个都要线上学习,再加上偶尔父母出去,导致学生不能正常学习,所以就造成上线不按时或不能及时完成作业的现象。

以后及时在微信群发布信息,告知家长提醒并监督学生上线学习;对懒惰者、不守时、不爱学习的学生进行思想教育,让其重视学习;及时与学习不用功的学生进行微信视频交流,鼓励其明确学习目标,尽自己的能力完成学习目标;作业的布置还是不够科学,有一些预设还是没有想象到。应该再结合网课授课的实际和学生的学情,保证作业布置合理有效,提高作业质量。

线上教学老师是主导学生是主体,如何检验教学成果?作业的批改验收是最有效的途径,老师们利用作业检查批改对学生进行及时的培优辅差。
学生在完成线上学习后,要自觉完成学习作业并提交人人通空间,大部分学生对于抄写、背诵默写作业能较快地、及时地提交,但对于习题训练、作文笔记之类的作业提交的就慢些了。学生提交上来的作业,我会及时进行批阅,跟进辅导。不漏一人,不落一课,根据作业反馈情况,有时在微信群发布,重点激励完成的较好的,对于没完成和完成不够理想的以微信与学生个别交流,找出存在问题,鼓励努力完成,不训斥,不说教,不告状。最近一周课本、练习册发下来了,心里感觉舒畅多了,预习、上课都方便多了,课堂笔记可以和课本完美结合了,孩子们的学习积极性更有成效了。

网上上课毕竟与普通上课有差别。无法保证学生学习时间,无法保证学生学习效果,也无法保证学生网络通顺。所以对学生的学习效果,我的期望值不是很高。我坚持学生参与学习就好的观点,但学习要求不降低,学习任务要完成,学习知识要记牢,师生互动不能少。我认为网上学习是一种态度的检验,且不论学多少知识,至少获得了一种克服困难的能力,一种不放弃的精神,还有一份学而不厌的好习惯。

通过两个月的线上教学,我发现一部分学生缺乏自觉性,在无家长监管的情况下,不按时上线学习,或者中途离开,还有些学生不服家长管教,任意妄为,我连线与这小部分学生进行谈话,有表示会努力学习,也有我无法摸到人的,只能望“机”兴叹;还有些学生家庭情况比较特殊,无人监管,自由散漫,不重视学习;也有些学生家庭中兄妹几个都要线上学习,再加上偶尔父母出去,导致学生不能正常学习,所以就造成上线不按时或不能及时完成作业的现象。

以后及时在微信群发布信息,告知家长提醒并监督学生上线学习;对懒惰者、不守时、不爱学习的学生进行思想教育,让其重视学习;及时与学习不用功的学生进行微信视频交流,鼓励其明确学习目标,尽自己的能力完成学习目标;作业的布置还是不够科学,有一些预设还是没有想象到。应该再结合网课授课的实际和学生的学情,保证作业布置合理有效,提高作业质量。
