老师们在授课时候往往只顾往前走,很少会结合课堂上学生的学习反应、重难点把握情况、甚至是习题、作业情况等方面回头对照课时学习目标的达成度进行目标调试,从而造成一以贯之的遗憾。
很多老师在制定目标的时候,只关注知识名词比如圆柱的体积等的描述,对行为动词的使用、行为条件的表述等方面都非常模糊,如此,整个课堂的授课效果便很难把握。
本学期,将充分发挥线上教学的优势,通过开展周期性的组内主题教研活动,积极推动中心组成员的专业发展。

老师们在授课时候往往只顾往前走,很少会结合课堂上学生的学习反应、重难点把握情况、甚至是习题、作业情况等方面回头对照课时学习目标的达成度进行目标调试,从而造成一以贯之的遗憾。
很多老师在制定目标的时候,只关注知识名词比如圆柱的体积等的描述,对行为动词的使用、行为条件的表述等方面都非常模糊,如此,整个课堂的授课效果便很难把握。
本学期,将充分发挥线上教学的优势,通过开展周期性的组内主题教研活动,积极推动中心组成员的专业发展。
