一、演练目的:
1、通过培训学习、模拟演练,使全体师生熟练操作学生进校、离校流程。
2、熟练掌握操作热成像测温仪、额温枪、体温计等疫情防控设备。
3、熟练掌握学生入校时大门口测温发现体温异常发热人员处置程序。
4、熟练掌握校内发现体温异常发热人员处置程序。
5、规范校园突发疫情事件的报告和处置流程,为有效应对学生复学做足准备。
二、演练组织机构:

领导小组职责:
(1)全面负责学校的应急演练工作,统一协调指挥。

职 责:负责操作热成像仪测量体温,发现体温发热人员时及时登记,并向应急处置组成员联系报告。
2、应急处置组

职责:(1)师生进校时在大门口执勤,报告有体温发热人员时,及时将人员带到观察室,进行二次测量体温。

三、演练前准备:
1、对参加演练教职工进行热成像测温仪、手持测温枪的使用方法培训。
2、全体参加人员培训,熟悉演练方案操作流程。参加演练人员按照分工,掌握演练工作要求,准时到位,各司其职。
3、热成像测温仪提前安装调试到位,教室额温枪、观察室体温计、消毒用品等准备到位。学校后勤组在学校大门进口处设画1.5米间隔横线,确保师生进校时保持间隔,安全有序。大门内用标志线设置左右2米宽体温测量区。
四、演练程序:
学校从师生入校到放学离校全过程开展开学演练,对学生错峰上下学、进校依次排队测体温、沿指定路线进教室及发现异常报告、疑似人员隔离处置、分级上报、场所消毒、后续筛查等各项工作逐一进行演练,并详细记录每个环节的情况。
(一)师生进校程序
全体教职工和学生每天在家进行晨午检,体温正常无症状者正常返校。出现发热、咳嗽等症状者禁止返校。凡进入校园的教职工和学生,一律佩戴口罩,核验身份,进行体温检测,并登记相关信息,确认符合相关规定后,方可进入校园。
1、人员配置:校门外两名值班老师,大门口两名保安,大门内三名体温检测老师,和两名应急处置老师。
2、各年级学生到达校门口后,不要聚集,在校门外按照前后左右间隔1.5米距离排成3路纵队。两名保卫人员组织教师、学生负责指挥学生站成纵队,按间隔保持间隔,在安全线后排队等候。
3、进校门时,两名保安在门口指挥学生排成一路纵队,前后间隔1.5米进入体温检测通道,依次排队进校。
4、体温检测区域配置三名值班老师,一名负责观测热成像仪体温数据,一名负责维持学生秩序,一名登记异常情况。
5、体温正常的学生排队进入校园,按照班级位置径直走向本班教室。学生保持1.5米距离在教室门口排队,同学之间保持距离,依次进教室。教室开窗通风,保持室内空气通畅。
(二)师生入校时大门口测温发现体温异常人员处置程序
1. 在入校体温检测中,发现发热、干咳等异常症状的教职员工和学生,负责登记人员立即进行登记,随即联系报告给应急处置组成员。由应急处置组成员负责将体温发热者带到校门口观察室,用玻璃体温计进行二次体温测量,体温计如果显示体温正常,正常进校上课,并对体温计进行消毒。
2、如果第二次测量体温超过37.3摄氏度,随即在观察隔离室进行观察隔离,并做好信息登记,登记学生详细住址、家长联系方式、当日身体状况、是否有流行病学接触史等,做好详细询问笔录,上报给牛主任,牛主任及时联系班主任,通知家长,牛主任将情况上报给校长。
3、学校及时和家长联系,到校把人员接走,到定点医院进行复查。家长接学生时,由应急处置组成员将学生护送到校门外,并和家长做好交接、签名手续。人员接走后,牛主任通知学校消毒人员马上对隔离室进行消毒、通风等工作。学校依照有关规章制度做好后续追踪筛查复学等工作。
(三)校内发现体温异常人员处置程序
1、学生上课期间,有学生报告体温异常或老师发现学生身体状况异常者,老师马上向牛主任汇报,并将学生带到教室外面等候。牛主任立即联系应急处置组成员,到达现场,用额温枪快速测量,体温显示超过37.3摄氏度,立即将体温异常者带至校内观察室,用水银体温计进行二次体温测量,体温计如果显示体温正常,正常入校上课,并对体温计进行消毒。
2、如果第二次测量体温超过37.3摄氏度,随即到校内隔离室进行隔离,并做好信息登记,登记学生详细住址、家长联系方式、当日身体状况、是否有流行病学接触史等,做好详细询问笔录,随即向牛主任汇报,牛主任及时联系班主任,通知家长,牛主任将情况上报给校长。牛主任通知学校消毒员马上对所在教室,行走路途进行消毒、通风等工作。

2、实行分批、错峰放学,避免校门口人员聚集。大门口执勤人员配置和体温检测要求同进校时要求。学生放学时,每班学生排成一路纵队,前后间隔1.5米,有序通过大门口体温检测通道。老师引导学生快速离开校园、离开校门口,径直回家,减少逗留时间。每个年级上、下午放学时间间隔30分钟,按照七年级、八年级、九年级的顺序错峰分批放学离校。
六、演练总结

一、演练目的:
1、通过培训学习、模拟演练,使全体师生熟练操作学生进校、离校流程。
2、熟练掌握操作热成像测温仪、额温枪、体温计等疫情防控设备。
3、熟练掌握学生入校时大门口测温发现体温异常发热人员处置程序。
4、熟练掌握校内发现体温异常发热人员处置程序。
5、规范校园突发疫情事件的报告和处置流程,为有效应对学生复学做足准备。
二、演练组织机构:

领导小组职责:
(1)全面负责学校的应急演练工作,统一协调指挥。

职 责:负责操作热成像仪测量体温,发现体温发热人员时及时登记,并向应急处置组成员联系报告。

职责:(1)师生进校时在大门口执勤,报告有体温发热人员时,及时将人员带到观察室,进行二次测量体温。

参加人员:全体领导、安全保卫值班老师、九年级班主任、保安、当天值班老师、总务后勤人员,共25人。
三、演练前准备:
1、对参加演练教职工进行热成像测温仪、手持测温枪的使用方法培训。
2、全体参加人员培训,熟悉演练方案操作流程。参加演练人员按照分工,掌握演练工作要求,准时到位,各司其职。
3、热成像测温仪提前安装调试到位,教室额温枪、观察室体温计、消毒用品等准备到位。学校后勤组在学校大门进口处设画1.5米间隔横线,确保师生进校时保持间隔,安全有序。大门内用标志线设置左右2米宽体温测量区。
四、演练程序:
学校从师生入校到放学离校全过程开展开学演练,对学生错峰上下学、进校依次排队测体温、沿指定路线进教室及发现异常报告、疑似人员隔离处置、分级上报、场所消毒、后续筛查等各项工作逐一进行演练,并详细记录每个环节的情况。
(一)师生进校程序
全体教职工和学生每天在家进行晨午检,体温正常无症状者正常返校。出现发热、咳嗽等症状者禁止返校。凡进入校园的教职工和学生,一律佩戴口罩,核验身份,进行体温检测,并登记相关信息,确认符合相关规定后,方可进入校园。
1、人员配置:校门外两名值班老师,大门口两名保安,大门内三名体温检测老师,和两名应急处置老师。
2、各年级学生到达校门口后,不要聚集,在校门外按照前后左右间隔1.5米距离排成3路纵队。两名保卫人员组织教师、学生负责指挥学生站成纵队,按间隔保持间隔,在安全线后排队等候。
3、进校门时,两名保安在门口指挥学生排成一路纵队,前后间隔1.5米进入体温检测通道,依次排队进校。
4、体温检测区域配置三名值班老师,一名负责观测热成像仪体温数据,一名负责维持学生秩序,一名登记异常情况。
5、体温正常的学生排队进入校园,按照班级位置径直走向本班教室。学生保持1.5米距离在教室门口排队,同学之间保持距离,依次进教室。教室开窗通风,保持室内空气通畅。
(二)师生入校时大门口测温发现体温异常人员处置程序
1. 在入校体温检测中,发现发热、干咳等异常症状的教职员工和学生,负责登记人员立即进行登记,随即联系报告给应急处置组成员。由应急处置组成员负责将体温发热者带到校门口观察室,用玻璃体温计进行二次体温测量,体温计如果显示体温正常,正常进校上课,并对体温计进行消毒。
2、如果第二次测量体温超过37.3摄氏度,随即在观察隔离室进行观察隔离,并做好信息登记,登记学生详细住址、家长联系方式、当日身体状况、是否有流行病学接触史等,做好详细询问笔录,上报给牛主任,牛主任及时联系班主任,通知家长,牛主任将情况上报给校长。
3、学校及时和家长联系,到校把人员接走,到定点医院进行复查。家长接学生时,由应急处置组成员将学生护送到校门外,并和家长做好交接、签名手续。人员接走后,牛主任通知学校消毒人员马上对隔离室进行消毒、通风等工作。学校依照有关规章制度做好后续追踪筛查复学等工作。
(三)校内发现体温异常人员处置程序
1、学生上课期间,有学生报告体温异常或老师发现学生身体状况异常者,老师马上向牛主任汇报,并将学生带到教室外面等候。牛主任立即联系应急处置组成员,到达现场,用额温枪快速测量,体温显示超过37.3摄氏度,立即将体温异常者带至校内观察室,用水银体温计进行二次体温测量,体温计如果显示体温正常,正常入校上课,并对体温计进行消毒。
2、如果第二次测量体温超过37.3摄氏度,随即到校内隔离室进行隔离,并做好信息登记,登记学生详细住址、家长联系方式、当日身体状况、是否有流行病学接触史等,做好详细询问笔录,随即向牛主任汇报,牛主任及时联系班主任,通知家长,牛主任将情况上报给校长。牛主任通知学校消毒员马上对所在教室,行走路途进行消毒、通风等工作。

2、实行分批、错峰放学,避免校门口人员聚集。大门口执勤人员配置和体温检测要求同进校时要求。学生放学时,每班学生排成一路纵队,前后间隔1.5米,有序通过大门口体温检测通道。老师引导学生快速离开校园、离开校门口,径直回家,减少逗留时间。每个年级上、下午放学时间间隔30分钟,按照七年级、八年级、九年级的顺序错峰分批放学离校。
六、演练总结
演练结束后,领导小组和全体参加人员总结演练中的成功之处和存在的问题,进一步梳理短板弱项、查漏补缺,进行方案修改完善,再次进行演练。确保无死角、无遗漏、无盲区,为安全开学做好充分准备。
