1.The origin of the festival

Arbor Day，which is also called Planting Trees Day in some countries，  is a holiday encouraging people to plant and care for trees.

In different countries, Arbor Days are on different days. Like in India, it is on July 1. In China, Arbor Day is on March 12.In American , Arbor Day is on the last Friday in April.

 On that day, people can plant many trees.
