One of the greatest people I truly respect is Bill Gates. He had a chance going to Harvard but he quit that best school and started his own business of Microsoft in his garage. Following are some of his quotes that I like alot. Let me share them with our young guys and hopefully you will share with your own kids and make them understand the very meanings of these quotes at an early age, as early as possible. It seduces smart people into thinking they can't lose. I will always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it. I failed in some subjects in exam, but my friend passed in all. Now he is an engineer in Microsoft and I am the owner of Microsoft. Don’t compare yourself with anyone in this world, if you do so, you are insulting yourself. I really had a lot of dreams when I was a kid, and I think that a great deal of that grew out of the fact that I had a chance to read a lot. Find yourself. What’s amazing is, if young people understood how doing well in school makes the rest of their life so much interesting, they would be more motivated. Don’t make the same decision twice. Spend time and thought to make a solid decision the first time so that you don’t revisit the issue unnecessarily.
