A letter to my beloved Class 7&10,Senior 2

Dear students from class 7&10:
Hello, boys and girls. I am so glad to talk to you in such a special way .Long time no see! Because of the COVID-19, we have such a long holiday that both of us have never experienced before. Before the winter holiday, we were longing for it so much that we are so happy and excited at the beginning of it.
However, with the holiday extended again and again, we have got enough of it. We have never been longing to go back to school at once like this. Although we can communicate with each other through Wechat, I still miss you so much, my dear students! Looking through the photos in my phone, I find so many unforgettable moments for us.I can’t forget your bright smile and earnest expressions in class. I also can’t forget your resounding singing voice on the playground. I am so proud of you! I am so honored to be your English teacher this year. I like the number 7 and 10, which can be combined to be our country mother's 70th birthday. However, to be honest, it is such a challenge for me to teach both of you at the same time as a result of the two different levels. It is so hard for me to strike the balance between 7 and 10. Therefore, I have ever been worried to tears and thought about giving up one of you. But I don’t know how to choose. Because you are just like my two babies. One is just like my daughter, who is so obedient and well-behaved. One is just like my son, who is so naughty but lovely. I love both of them and I love both of you! Can you guess who you are ? Thanks for your warm words from the bottom of heart, I managed to get through the hard time for me. I am confident and energetic again. I firmly believe that as long as we work hard enough and stick to it, we can make great progress. Everything comes to him who waits. To my relief , we made it in the final exam. Congratulations! But we shouldn’t be arrogant but be modest about it and work harder to achieve our final goal---to be admitted into our ideal university. Do you think so? Thanks to the advanced technology and various useful apps, we can study at home freely and we can communicate with each other conveniently and timely. I think most of you behaved as well at home as in the school. And some students even make great great progress during the holiday. The more and more check mark behind your name can witness your efforts and progress. However, there's no denying that there were still few of you who didn’t make good use of time and almost lose touch with me. At that time, I was so anxious to get in touch with you to remind you of your distraction. I don’t want you to be left behind by your classmates farther and farther, which is not what I wanted to see. My dear students, please remember: I won’t give up any of you before you giving up yourself! Although you are just one of my numerous students, everyone of you is the whole for your family. As one of your teachers, I have try my best to assist you to study. And it’s your turn to devote all your energy to realizing your dream. Actions speak louder than words! Your silent efforts will be paid off by the end of the long hard holiday. I am always waiting to see your bright smile in the school. Come on, my dear guys!
