<h3>  生命在于运动,运动在于锻炼,锻炼贵在坚持。持之以恒的运动,能使身体全面得到良性刺激,人体机能长运不衰,免疫功能得到提高,从而使体质增强,同时预防疾病。在这难忘的寒假里,我们一起动起来吧!<br></h3> <h3>一、准备活动</h3><h3> 进行3-5分钟准备活动,如原地慢跑、跳绳、徒手操等低强度热身运动及肌肉拉伸练习,提升身体状态,避免运动损伤。或者做一遍广播体操</h3> <h3>二、自选运动</h3><h3>(一)柔韧性训练(在床上或者泡沫垫上较软的地方练习)</h3> <h3>1.弓步压腿 左腿向前弓步迈出,右腿向后,脚背着地,双手搭在左膝下,背部挺直向后仰,用头用力接近右腿交换脚,每个动作10个一组,每腿做三组。 <br></h3> <h3>2.束脚压膝 分腿做,两腿弯曲,两脚掌相对,脚跟尽量靠近身体,双手扶膝盖向下用力压。每组10个,做三组。<br></h3> <h3>(二)、腰腹力量训练</h3><h3>1、俯卧两头起 俯卧,腿、手伸直并同时上举,每组10—15个,坚持三组。<br></h3> <h3>2、仰卧举腿 仰卧,双手贴地,双腿、脚踝夹紧,向上抬起,与地面成60度角,然后轻轻放下。每组10—15个,坚持三组。<br></h3> <h3>(三)、素质训练</h3><h3>1、原地高抬腿</h3><h3>20—30秒一组,三组(根据自身身体情况选择时间)</h3> <h3>2、原地快频率跑</h3><h3>10—15秒一组,三组</h3> <h3>3、开合跳</h3><h3>15次为一组做三组</h3> <h3>(四)、多种形式跳绳</h3><h3>1、单脚跳绳</h3><h3>2、双脚跳绳</h3><h3>3、双人跳绳</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center;
