注意事项:
1、选南瓜的时候一定要选老南瓜,因为嫩南瓜吃着不甜,而且含水量太多了。

3、做南瓜饼的时候最好选用糯米粉和粘米粉,如果没有也可以用面粉代替。

1、南瓜含糖分重,在炸制成饼时,如果油温不当,会出现外糊内生的现象,所以要少油小火慢煎。
2、面粉和糯米粉的比例在3:5时口感比较软糯。

注意事项:
1、选南瓜的时候一定要选老南瓜,因为嫩南瓜吃着不甜,而且含水量太多了。
2、蒸南瓜时和南瓜蒸出来的时候,要把多余的水分去掉,如果水太多,就会影响南瓜的味道。
3、做南瓜饼的时候最好选用糯米粉和粘米粉,如果没有也可以用面粉代替。
4、再用模具压南瓜的时候,是先在模具上抹上,适量的油,防止南瓜饼粘到模具上面。做南瓜饼的时候,也可以在其中包裹上自己喜欢的馅料,如,豆沙,红枣等。

1、南瓜含糖分重,在炸制成饼时,如果油温不当,会出现外糊内生的现象,所以要少油小火慢煎。
2、面粉和糯米粉的比例在3:5时口感比较软糯。
3、不同的糯米粉,面粉吸水率不同,加粉量可适当调节,揉至面团不粘手即可。
