　　2011年7月，6个人，一台丰田车，自成都出发，游览了新都桥，雅安，泸定，康定，理塘，稻城，亚丁，历时8天。

In July 2011, 6 people, a Toyota car, set out from Chengdu and visited Xindu bridge, Ya an, Luding, Kangding, Litang, Daocheng and Yading for 8 days.

　　在2000多公里的川藏公路上，有一条著名的隧道叫二郎山隧道，它长4176米。有了它，人们5分钟就能穿越川藏线上的第一高山。

Over 2,000 kilometers of the Sichuan-Tibet highway, there is a famous tunnel called Erlangshan tunnel, which is 4,176 meters long ,With it, people can cross the first mountain on the Sichuan-Tibetan line in five minutes.

　　如果要说中国最美的国道是哪条？那么318国道必是其中之一。特别是川藏南线，行走其中，可以体验“隔山不同天，一天有四季”的奇妙感觉。

What is the most beautiful national highway in China? Then national highway 318 must be one of them. Especially the south line of Sichuan and Tibet, walking among them, you can experience the wonderful feeling of "different days in different mountains, one day has four seasons".

沿着318国道一路前行，空气清新，风景如画。

　　大渡河，全长1062公里。

康定，海拔2560米，是川藏咽喉、茶马古道重镇、藏汉交汇中心，是康巴藏区政治、经济、文化、商贸、信息中心和交通枢纽。

Kangding，2560 meters above sea level, is the throat of Sichuan and Tibet, the important town of ancient tea-horse road, the center of Tibetan and Han intersection, and the political, economic, cultural, commercial, information center and transportation hub of Kangba Tibetan area.

康定情歌（木格措）风景区坐落于贡嘎山脉中段，是国家AAAA级旅游景区。有芳草坪、七色海、野人海和红海草原等多个景点，有高山湖泊、温泉、原始森林、草原和雪山。

Kangding love song (mugetso) scenic spot is located in the middle section of Gongga mountains, is a national AAAA tourist attraction. There are many scenic spots such as fang lawn, seven color sea, savage sea and red sea grassland, and there are alpine lakes, hot springs, virgin forests, grasslands and snow mountains.

　　海螺沟，位于贡嘎雪峰脚下，海拔2850米。这里有举世无双的大冰瀑布，高达1000多米，宽约1100米，比著名的黄果树瀑布大出十余倍，瑰丽非凡。

Hailuogou, located at the foot of Gongga snow peak, is 2,850 meters above sea level. Here is the world's largest ice waterfall, more than 1,000 meters high, about 1,100 meters wide, than the famous Huangguoshu waterfall more than 10 times, magnificent.

　　山里的酒店不错，头一天晚上选好了最佳摄影点。清晨，服务员敲门提醒你，我拍下了这组日照金山的照片。

The hotels in the mountains were good, and the best spots were chosen the night before. Early in the morning, the waiter knocks on the door to remind you that I took these photos.

　　在燕子沟河谷有世界上极为罕见的红石滩景观。这里的石头无论大小，都呈艳丽的铁锈红，非常奇特。

In the valley of Yanzi gully there are very rare red stone beach landscape in the world. The stones here, of all sizes, were strangely rusty red.

　　理塘，隶属四川省甘孜藏族自治州，海拔4014米，素有“世界高城”之称。有藏族、汉族、蒙古族、回族、纳西族、土家族、彝族、苗族、羌族9个民族。

Litang, under the Ganzi Tibetan autonomous prefecture of Sichuan province, is 4,014 meters above sea level. Known as the "world high city" said. There are nine ethnic groups: Tibetan, Han, Mongolian, Hui, Naxi, Tujia, Yi, Miao and Qiang.

　　亚丁风景区，位于四川省甘孜藏族自治州稻城县香格里拉镇亚丁村境内。主要由"仙乃日、央迈勇、夏诺多吉"三座神山和周围的河流、湖泊和高山草甸组成。

Yading scenic spot is located in Yading village, Shangri-la town,Daocheng county, Ganzi Tibetan autonomous prefecture, Sichuan province. It is mainly composed of three sacred mountains, namely Xiannairi, Yangmayong and Shanuo doji, and the surrounding rivers, lakes and alpine meadows.

　　仙乃日山，海拔6032米。

Xanneri mountain, 6032 meters above sea level.

　　央迈勇山，海拔5958米。

Yang maiyong mountain, 5,958 meters above sea level.

冲古寺，号称世界上海拔最高的寺庙，是前往观赏三坐神山的必经之地，虽然已无诵经传教的喇嘛，但它落日时分的景色还是让我震撼。

Chonggu temple, known as the highest temple in the world, is the only way to visit the three sacred mountains. Although there are no monks preaching sutras, its sunset scenery still shocks me.

　　香格里拉镇距稻城县71公里，海拔2980米。风景优美的亚丁国家级自然保护区就在这里。

Shangri la town is 71 kilometers away from Daocheng county, 2980 meters above sea level. The scenic Yading national nature reserve is here.

　　这是香格里拉镇政府。是香格里拉镇是一个拥有浓郁康巴风情优越生态环境与完美旅游服务设施的国际小镇，海拔约2800米，全镇3560人，以藏族为主。

This is the Shangri-la town government. Shangri-la town is an international town with rich Kangba style, superior ecological environment and perfect tourism service facilities, with an elevation of about 2,800 meters and a population of 3,560, mainly Tibetan.

我们访问了一个藏民的家庭。

We visited a Tibetan family.

　　亚丁，香格里拉，适当的时候应该再去一次。
