Loudi Tea Association held its founding meeting.Liu Zhonghua, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering and professor of Hunan Agricultural University attended and delivered a speech 1月11日上午，娄底市茶业协会成立大会召开。中国工程院院士、湖南农大教授刘仲华，副市长梁立坚、市政协副主席邵瑛以及湖南省红茶协会会长伍崇岳出席。市农业农村局党组书记、局长袁若宁主持大会。湖南渠江薄片茶业有限公司董事长陈建明当选首届会长；娄底市农业农村局党组副书记、副局长黄建明担任名誉会长。刘仲华、周重旺、张曙光、肖文军为协会专家委员会顾问；湖南省茶叶学会会长、湖南农大教授、博士生导师萧力争和湖南省大湘西产业促进会秘书长尹钟分别作《中国茶叶现状与娄底茶叶发展》《茶叶质量控制与管理》的专题讲座（）各会员企业与市直、县市区相关部门负责人共200人参加。　　 刘仲华表示，娄底茶业在市委、市政府的正确领导和高度重视下，茶园面积稳步提升，产业结构逐渐完善，表现出了巨大潜力。但走向未来的娄底茶业要更加注重提高单位种植效益，更加注重优化产品结构，更加注重优势品牌打造，要以绿色有机栽培理念抓好有机认证，生产有品牌识别度和统一共识的好茶叶。快速做强红茶、优化绿茶、做好黑茶、适度发展白茶。提高加工装备与工艺技术水平，开发出更多品质风味独特的新产品；打造差异化发展的龙头企业集群，注重公共品牌与企业品牌相结合，实现娄底茶业规模、效益与品牌影响力的全面提升；发掘有利于市场拓展的娄底茶文化内涵，大力宣传饮茶与健康研究成果，以文化和健康元素驱动茶叶消费。 梁立坚要求，市茶业协会要充分发挥“连心桥”的作用，向会员企业宣传国家产业政策、向主管部门反映行业发展状况，不断聚合全社会的支持力量，引导行业健康有序发展；要充分发挥“加速器”的作用，推广普及新技术、新标准，通过科技创新和营销创新，全力推进茶产业化进程，加快实现茶产业从高速发展到高质量发展的转变；要充分发挥“协调站”的作用，自觉服从行业主管部门的领导，实施行业规范和自律公约，依法保障行业合法权益；充分发挥“服务台”的作用，坚持“服务立会”，建立完善协会自主活动、自我发展、自我约束的运行机制，带领广大会员共同发展，树起为企为民服务标杆。 据悉，截至2019年底，娄底市茶叶种植14.41万亩，较2018年增加7300亩，增长5.3%，年产干茶超10000吨，综合产值近10亿元，增长7.8%。现有涉茶经营主体近400家，茶企30余家，专业合作社36家，茶叶已成为全市农业增收的支柱产业。 On the morning of January 11, the founding meeting of Loudi tea association was held. Improve the level of processing equipment and technology, develop more new products with unique quality and flavor; build a leading enterprise cluster with differentiated development, pay attention to the combination of public brand and enterprise brand, realize the overall promotion of Loudi tea industry scale, benefit and brand influence; explore Loudi tea cultural connotation conducive to market expansion, and vigorously promote the research results of tea drinking and health, so as to Culture and health elements drive tea consumption. Liang Lijian required that the city tea industry association should give full play to the role of "lianxinqiao", publicize the national industrial policies to member enterprises, reflect the development status of the industry to the competent authorities, constantly gather the support of the whole society, and guide the healthy and orderly development of the industry; give full play to the role of "accelerator", promote and popularize new technologies and standards, and promote the development of the industry through scientific and technological innovation and marketing innovation We should vigorously promote the process of tea industrialization and accelerate the transformation of tea industry from high-speed development to high-quality development. We should give full play to the role of "coordination station", consciously obey the leadership of the competent departments of the industry, implement industry norms and self-discipline conventions, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the industry according to law. It is reported that by the end of 2019, 144100 mu of tea has been planted in Loudi City, an increase of 7300 mu, or 5.3%, compared with 2018. The annual output of dry tea exceeds 10000 tons, and the comprehensive output value is nearly 1 billion yuan, an increase of 7.8%. At present, there are nearly 400 tea related business entities, more than 30 tea enterprises and 36 professional cooperatives.
