A wonderful lesson

    This is my first time that I have listened to a lesson from Miss Lu who is famous to so many English teachers.I was addicted to her and admired her while listening.

   Her personal competence really highlighted the lesson. Quick speaking,clear instructions ,full learning content and the fulfillment of  teaching targets left a deep impression on all of our listeners.Overall,from her lesson,I got  the framework what the best comprehension teaching is .

   To lead in the lesson should be quick and concise.By playing  a short video and brainstorming the types of party ,letters of invitations are naturally led in .A quick and appropriate leading in is a must for an excellent lesson.And a clever design is the wisdom of the teacher.

  The background of the PPTs is also the theme of the comprehension reading .Details reflects the attitude and abilities of a teacher.Caring about the details contributes to the success of a lesson.Being a successful person like her ,she still prepares every lesson carefully,even though it is a everyday lesson.

   The activities of the post-reading can be the most shining part.Students complete the passages using the words and expressions from the reading ,in order to make them understand the lesson better.Then ,with an incomplete invitation letter given ,students are further familiar with the expressions of it.After explaining and showing the main structure of the invitation letter by the mindmap,students master how to write an invitation .So the task of writing pushes the lesson into a high level,which combines reading and writing well.When most of the students finish the writing in the class,we cannot help acclaiming the outstanding teacher and students .The teacher pushes students forward,reversely,teacher becomes better from students.

   To be successful is not a legend.But what we lack of is the determination and persistence to make it.
