white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">在班主任故事中，李元琳老师变身为小区业委会委员，讲述了邻居家一个独自徘徊在楼顶的少年的故事。李老师根据多年的教育经验判断，孩子背后可能有大问题，并经过多方的努力，发现家里剧烈的亲子冲突。在市教育局的帮助下，联系到学生校班主任，及时干预，成功避免了一个悲剧的发生。然而她并没有停下脚步，教育不应该只是制止。如果说教师的责任是教书育人的话，那么积极为学校搭建家庭、社会共育就是一种使命。李元琳老师认为教育应该是学校、家庭和社会三位一体的，她向小区物业提出为物业人员作专业危机干预讲座，并帮助物业公司制定青少年危机干预预案。正是因为这个事件，让她李老师更加关注青少年身心健康和家庭教育的热点话题，认为这是社会迫切需要解决的问题。工作室的话题再次引起了市教育局的关注，特邀深圳市第六届人大代表、深圳大学教育学部博士、张祥云教授担任导师。在张教授的引领下，她和工作室成员走进了社区、边检站、学校以及外来务工人员等群体，开展家庭教育公益讲座、家庭教育沙龙等高达60次，这样的活动引起巨大反响，受益家长逾万人。李元琳老师倾全力推进学校、家庭和社区达成了教育共育，倡导和呼吁全社会要关注青少年的健康成长，李元琳老师的行为彰显了深圳班主任的责任与担当！她可以说是深圳家庭教育推广的积极践行者。60多次公益讲座，她宣传了立德树人，铸魂育人。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
