font-size: 20px;">凡音团队所有老师强化训练、视频/音乐制作修改、背景音乐剪辑、场地方面对接、设计、催场总控安排、节目单反复排版修改、物料安排，流程单一遍一遍核对时间修改，各种信息一人核对完给另一人核对，确保万无一失……</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250); font-size: 20px;">在音乐会前夕还在核对着所有的筹备工作。</b></p> <p><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">每次回看音乐会实录相册，</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">其中，好几次，都会热泪盈眶。</b></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(21, 100, 250);"><i>感动于凡音每一位伙伴的尽职尽责，感动于每一个孩子在舞台上闪耀的光芒。</i></b></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"><i>好几个孩子，上台后不知所措，尤其是刚学习不久的孩子，在灯光如昼的舞台之上，面对台下的观众突然一下子脑袋空白了，老师一直排练的舞台礼仪，完全忘光，连怎么坐上琴凳都不知道。</i></b></p> <p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">还有些孩子，天真烂漫地走上台，忘记自己是要来表演的，一直转过头去看着背后超级巨大的LED屏幕画面，惹得台下哈哈大笑。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; font-size: 20px;">这些第一次上台的孩子，他们的紧张和懵懂，是成长道路上最美好的回忆。以后上台的时候，从容自如的他们，不一定能想起第一次上台的局促不安，但我们记得。因为我们帮他们铭记住了这一刻！</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250); font-size: 20px;"></b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);
