M:This tiger is eating grass now，but maybe he wants to eat chicken and rabbit.

Leopard : a large animal of the cat family， that has yellowish- brown fur with black spots. Leopards live in Africa and southern Asia.

Wolf : a large wild animal of the dog family， that lives and hunts in groups.

Brown bear : always beg for food， they move slowly. Pola bear :they are very lazy

Panda A panda or a giant panda is a large animal rather like a bear， which has black and white fur and lives in the bamboo forests of China.

M: The elephants and giraffes are over there in the Herbivore area.

M: I can see the giraffes! They are so tall. The giraffe has a long neck.

M: They are still wild animals and they could hurt you. Giraffes live in the grasslands(⼤大草原) in Africa.

At the Elephant House

M: Can we see the elephants now?

M: Let's look at the map again and find where the elephant house is.

M: Look at their long trunks and big ears!

M: We can only look at them. Pay attention to the signs that say "Do Not Feed"

M: They need special food.

M: The zoo-keepers give them food.

M: Here comes the elephant. Wave to it!

Zebra : is an African wild horse which has black and white stripes. Ilama ⽺羊驼: is a South American animal with thick hair， which

looks like a small camel without a hump [h^mp]驼峰.

Gazelle [ga zel]羚⽺羊:is a type of small African or Asian deer.

Gazelles move very quickly and gracefully.

Donkey : is an animal which is like a horse but which is smaller and has longer ears.

Kangaroo : is a large Australian animal which moves by jumping on its back legs. Female kangaroos carry their babies in a pouch on their stomach. They can hop,hop,hop.
