<h3>阳光明媚，风和日丽，11月4日，同学们带着开心的心情，踏着轻松的步伐，开启了美好的德育基地培训。</h3><h3><br></h3><h3>同学们一个晚上都在期待着德育基地的到来，就算是困也早早的起来。吃过早餐后，同学们拿着自己的行李来到体育馆听级长说注意事项，之后就上车出发去德育基地的路上了。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">上午的生活体验课，同学们分工明确。有的切菜，有的洗菜，有的做饭，有的生火，还有的打扫卫生，一切看起来井井有条。不一会儿就做好了美味的饭菜，大家围在桌子上分享着自己的劳动成果。这节课我们知道了父母的不容易，我们得经常帮助父母做家务。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">下午的专题教育课，我们班的三个学习内容分别是：模拟法庭、禁毒知识讲座和中医学的了解。</span></h3> <h3>第三天我们上了素质拓展课和急救技能课。</h3> <h3>素质拓展课我们班被分到了爬人梯墙，我们先听教官说注意事项，之后再去完成任务。虽然过程中失败了很多次，当人梯的四个同学肩膀也都被踩红了，但依旧去坚持。中间也换了一些同学去当人梯，前三次的失败让我们取得了经验，最后用时11分完美的完成了任务。</h3><h3><br></h3> <h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">结束了队长和班长说感言，班上的女生基本都流眼泪了，这节课让我们的收获很多，它让我们懂得了不管高矮胖瘦都得去尊重他人，学会换位思考。学会遵守规则，按要求完成任务，团结协作是成功的关键，懂得感恩帮助我的人，感恩身边的人！</h3></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">下午的急救技能课，同学们有两节课，分别是心肺复苏术和包扎伤口。同学们在老师的指导下也尝试包扎了。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">第四天，也就是我们的课程最后一天。我们分别上了国防教育课和消防逃生课。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">国防教育时，四个小组的一位同学尝试了穿防护服。</h3> <h3>消防课上，我们先学会打逃生时需要的结后就开始高空逃生。不管男生或者女生都很勇敢的上去，一瞬间他们就从高空上荡了下来。</h3> <h3>这个是教官教我们用毛巾制作的帽子。</h3> <h3>最后一天很快就到了，再见结营仪式开始之前，五班和六班的教官组织了一个小游戏。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
