white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 诗云：结队异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思山。预知李望登高处，雀跃亢歌笑语还。重阳登高是星期六登山队传统节目，今年已届第七届。本届选址揭阳第一峰李望嶂，时间定在2019年10月6日星期日。李望嶂海拔1222米，界揭西五华，近揽揭西五华丰顺界峰1155米三县岽。本次线路设计蹈前驴轨迹，环绕河輋水库一周，水库大坝为起点，途经河輋林场、2号瞭望台路、旧茅棚、一段天梯、二段天梯、李望嶂、玛尼堆火坡、仙人塘、仙人嶂、梅子嶂、方角嶂、菇柄嶂、鹰翼嶂、篝火坑、大塘肚水库，终点河輋水库大坝，全程17公里。本次活动集苦、辣、涩、酸、甜为一体，就进行时而言，堪谓五味杂陈，然而事后回味，却是五味和羹。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 苦情表现在劳累和辛苦，此体现在路程远而难行，起伏大且频繁所产生的大强度上。据粗略估计，此程翻越50米以上山头不下30座，完全可用杨万里诗“正入万山圈子里，一山放过一山拦”以概之。自起步至13点半到梅子嶂的9公里路程，陡坡多却有路，是自然之强。随后2公里路段，即经方角嶂、菇柄嶂，到18点20分登上鹰翼嶂，须无路穿越，然有能见度，是尚能耐之强。继而下鹰翼嶂，自11.5公里至14.2公里篝火坑处，达时凌晨2点20分，因摸黑行军，又是下坑过程，加上讯号弱而轨迹偏差，短短2.5公里，足足费时8小时，是竭力之强。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 辣境表现在难受和无奈，彰显于夜行军、野外宿和差别大。夜行军因坡降大，鲜照明，时须滑芦而下，举步维艰是实况。野外宿因处深坑地，平台小，故有山坑之夜、坑坡之夜、竹林之夜分点驻扎，宿地难伸足，维坐难平卧，又夜风凛冽，虽有篝火之夜，实难悉数围炉。差别大则在于非强驴拖累，本程自6日9点40分至7日8点，总用时22小时20分，除去午餐50分钟、夜宿4小时、运动时间6小时25分、景点用时约2小时，在途等候浪费时间在8小时以上，此也辣境之一。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
