The grass is sweet and the air is sweet as well. I enjoyed it very much. Every year, l come here with the scorching sun to date with these meaningful books. The English book l first bought was Father and son, I harvest happiness, principle, new words from those short, relaxing, humorous stories. In our life, we should either read or travel because either our soul or body must be on the way. This summer holiday, I went to Thailand and found that English is almost everywhere. Although the language in Thailand is not English , English can be seen everywhere. After studying，I found that I could understand a lot of English，so I led family to take a Thailand subway to the locomotive park. We had a good time and I also knew the importance of English. Hey,do you know that where I am？l’m in SiSYPHE bookstore. If l have free time, l will come here every week. I really like it because l can read a lot of books.Some of them are interesting. Some of them are educational. I think reading books can make me happier. English makes my life richer. Every Tuesday，Friday，Saturday and Sunday evening,I have a class on VIP Jr.The foreign teachers will teach me .The teachers are very careful.I can learn a lot from them. After class, there is some homework about this class.This can test whether I listen carefully or not. I like learning English in this way very much. This summer holiday, my family went on an outing as usual, but my mother has a new identity, my English teacher. Travelling with my English teacher is a very special but terrible experience. When I met difficulties, she could help me immediately. When we went out, she told me to take my SSP with me and read it on the bus.  Even if I had already finished all the task. When I couldn’t fall asleep in bed, my mother said, ‘Get up and do your English homework now.’As you can see, I spent much time on English. Actually, I was dating English all those days, it was such a special trip that I will never forget it. Hi, everyone. Do you know where I am? I am at Shanghai Book Mall.I can find my favorite English books there such as The Great Gatsby, Of Mice and Men, The Pearl and so on. Besides, I can relax myself there with these English books. I go there every week if I have free time. I believe that English is not only a subject, but also a language for self-training. English makes me knowledgeable .I like English very much!
Yesterday, my brother and I visited Marvel Universe Hero exhibition in HUB. We had a good time there.There were lots of people at the exhibition. Some people came from out of town to see the exhibition. We also saw every stage's changes of Marvel. Of course,we saw a lot high technology there, and the highlight was that the picture I drew could soon appear on the big screen. If you are a Marvel fan, you can't miss this chance. l went to Shanghai foreign language bookstore last week. There are many weekly magazines, novels and storybooks in it. l think Black flags, The Remain of the Day and Capitalism A short history are very interesting. Although l could only understand a half, l still liked them. l had a good time there. I go to SISYPHE bookstore every month.I really like there because I can relax myself there. I think books can benefit me a lot.And I also think reading is important in my whole life. I like reading there, especially English books. English makes me happy. It also makes my life more meaningful. As Voltaire said, reading makes people see and think clearly. My mother often takes me to some exhibitions. Yesterday I went to see a Lighting Show. The Lighting was so beautiful and excellent，but the commentary was English and Chinese. I could understand Chinese commentary very easily. However，I couldn't even read an English sentence. In addition，I couldn't distinguish the words in the Marvel Comics. So now I must work hard to read more and more English books in the book store and to do more English exercises. There is a saying that,“Pursue your object，be it what it will，steadily and indefatigably.”I am sure I will soon succeed in English. There is a saying that books are the ladder of human progress. August 14th, it was the first day of this year's Shanghai Book Exhibition. My father and I went there. There were a lot of people in the exhibition center. We were immersed in the sea of books and spent the whole afternoon reading books. We felt very content. Come and read books, you will harvest a lot. Today, I visited The Shanghai Book Exhibition. There were people mountain people sea. There were different kinds of books, fairy tales, novels and so on. I stayed there for more than seven hours. Reading is to meet a better self. Let’s read books together. As the saying goes, there is no end to learning. Yesterday, I went to SISYPHE bookstore. There were many good English books there , such as Harry Potter，Who Moved My Cheese? and so on. But my favourite one was Homeless to Harvard. It told the story of a girl who finally entered the highest school with her efforts. It was really touching. All in all,  let's read together. The sun was shining in the sky and my mood was nice， so I went to the zoo with my family. When I got into the zoo, I saw some lovely bears. I thought they were so interesting that I saw the introduction of them.To my surprise, there were four languages about it. One of the language was English. I looked around, there were many foreigners.These languages were easier for them to understand. How amazing! I not only learned a lot knowledge about animals but also felt the charm of English. What a full day! Reading books makes me happy. Yesterday, l went to Zhudi Library. When l arrived at the Zhudi Library, l saw a lot of people reading books there. l found an English book. It was a novel named Ninety Eighty-four.Though the book was very interesting, there were many words l didn't understand. So l decided to learn English harder than before. Today I went to Shanghai Book City . It’s so beautiful there.I have been there more than five times.
On the fourth floor, I saw a lot of English books . When the books of Marvel appeared in front of my eyes, my blood clotted. I love the superheroes in Marvel . They are the stars in my heart . I love Peter Parker(Spider Man) and Doctor Strange best. So I bought two books about them . One is Return of Spider-Man Heroes and the other is Doctor Strange. I also bought two Teaching and Auxiliary Materials . What an unforgettable trip! I will remember it forever. There is an old saying that,“Books are the ladder of human progress.” Today, l went to the Shanghai Book City with my family by underground. When l went into it, l felt so surprised at thousands of books in this building. It was the sea of books and the paradise of readers. I went upstairs happily. I saw a lot of English books on the fourth floor. Some are about the superheros in Marvel, and some are the classical foreign books.  Although  I couldn't understand some books completely, I really liked them just like rice in mice's eyes.  What an unforgettable trip! And from now on,I will study English harder than before. As the saying goes, it is better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books. So every year,I go to different places to spend my holiday. This holiday, I went to Yunnan's Yulong Snow Mountain. It was very cold and very anoxic. I thought of giving up, but I went on with my brother's support and succeeded in climbing to the highest place. From this experience, I learnt I must work hard and persevere and finally I will be successful. In the summer holiday, l met some interesting people. The first person is my English teacher in Learning and thinking online school. His name is Zhou Chao. He is an interesting person because when we learn the new words,he always tells me interesting stories about the new words.These stories make me love English better. He also played the Freya Thor.They look just the same,don’t they? The other person is Ye Yuxuan. He is one of Zhou’s assistants. He usually cracks jokes but works hard as well. I am looking forward to seeing them again. I think when I have an appointment with them, I also have an appointment with English! As the saying goes, one is never too old to learn. My father and I went to Qibao Vanke Square. There was a bookstore, so we went there. There are many books of different types. I saw a book about English grammar, which is detailed and comprehensive. I also bought three books and I hope to go there next time if I have a chance! Reading books is my favourite habit. Yesterday,l went to Zhudi Library to read books. In the library,l saw a lot of books and magazines.l found three interesting books there.One of them is Washington Biography which talks about Washington.That moved me. But there was still a lot of words l did not understand. So l decided to learn English harder and harder. This summer holiday,I went to my hometown.The sky is beautiful, everything is sweet. I sat on a stone and studied English，I really enjoyed it. As the saying goes, reading a million books, write as god.One of my favorite books is SELECTIONS FROM The Book OF POETRY.l really like it very much,because it makes my composition more poetic. What’s more, it’s very useful to me. So l enjoyed it very much. This time, I learned a lot from the Eighth Children's Calligraphy Competition in Xi'an. I also learned more about the culture of the ancient city of Xi'an and saw the cultural relics left by my ancestors, which made me more convinced of the great motherland. I upload an SSP article I read every day. And before reading, I will check the words I can't read and then read the article. I also think the articles from SSP are very meaningful, so I will try my best to understand them. This summer, I read Chekhov's collection of novels, I like his short stories very much, whether it is Chameleon or the Inside Man. So let me introduce him to you. Anton Pavlovich Chekhov, Russia's great critical realist writer and master of short stories, is known for his short stories and Maupassant. And I think Chekhov's works mercilessly exposed the unreasonable social system and ugly social phenomenon under the tsar's rule. There are many more of his works, and I will continue to read them. In the summer holiday, l studied a lot of English knowledge because l was not quite good at it. So l must practice English more. My mother bought me a Shanghai Junior High School English Test Outline Vocabulary Usage Manual. l tried my best to remember the words inside.

Last Sunday I was accompanied by my mom and dad for day to aquarium. I visited Polar World, lovely polar bears, friendly penguins and smart dolphins left a deep impression on me. I also took part in the latest attractive virtual nautical activity undersea, I saw many bizarre marine biology and  appreciated the world's most beautiful corals. The most wonderful thing was the killer whiles‘show, it made me feel excited. Although l didn’t saw the whale, shark and white fox,  I was still very happy, I wish I will go there again.

Culture, according to the definition given by Hofstede, is the collective mental programming of the people in an environment, conditioned by the same education and life experience.  I tried combining Chinese and Western cultures together. It can be a new culture and be a symbol of peace. I use calligraphy, the treasure of Chinese culture to write English. English is a common language in the world.For example,if we go abroad，we will use English to talk with others. So learning English is necessary. I want to use my way to encourage more people to learn English. I love Chinese and I love English too. Today，my brother and I went to visit my uncle.There were hundreds of books, and l read seven books. Some of them were interesting, some of them were fascinating. What’s more, l found three English books, My University and Among People，but they were too long, I could't read them. I enjoyed the books very much, l want to visit my uncle and read them again. This summer holiday , my parents and I went to Tokyo, Japan.The night view in Tokyo was very beautiful. As we all know, taking taxi in Tokyo is very expensive, and the underground is pretty convenient, so we prefer to take the underground around. We visited Tokyo Disneyland. The Disneyland is not big, but fantastic. We tasted the famous Turkey Drumstick, I think it was delicious. We also went to see the Fuji. Mt, but the clouds were so heavy that we didn't see it. What a pity ! l packed a black bag which filled with my SSP and English books everyday. When I was in hotel, l often felt very tired, but I insisted to read them before going to bed. We really had a good time in Tokyo. This summer holiday, I went to the Shanghai Library with my friend. The library was very huge and there were four floors in all. There were a huge number of books and I enjoyed myself there. I read many kinds of books there, such as story books, English books, Encyclopedia and so on. First, I read the Encyclopedia on Mars. It is very interesting and I got a lot of knowledge there. Then I read some story books and I enjoyed them very much.Finally, I read some English Comic Books, they are exciting and I learned some new words there, and I found that I should never stop learning English.  My mother and I came to Sichuan for a trip this summer vacation. In Chengdu, we ate a very delicious hot pot, saw very lovely giant pandas, visited the famous wide and narrow alleys. After that, we took the bus all the way west to the last Shangri-La-Rice City Aden on Earth. The scenery there is very charming, but where the altitude is high, the air is thin. So, we were tired, but during the journey I also insisted on completing the SSP reading upload, because I want to see you in English every day.

This summer holiday ,my family and I went to Yunnan for a visit .We went there for ten days altogether. We had went to three cities.The view there was very shocking. Each attraction would have English on its ticket and viewing platform. I also sent postcards to my friends to share the views I saw and the joy of mine. In Yunnan, we can see clouds and sky without looking up. On the high-speed train from Kunming to Lijiang, I took out my SSP and read it with my mother. I took many amazing pictures there.

This summer holiday I went to Tsinghua University for a visit. As a tourist, I walked in the campus of Tsinghua University, trying to find out what her students do every day. After the half-day visit, I thought of two words: hardworking and ordinary, so it is fresh in my mind.

This summer holiday I went to the Mogan Mountain for a trip. I went to Mao Zedong’s house and Jian Pool. I felt very happy. After that I went to Anji for the drift. I drank a lot of water but it was very sweet and clean.I think It was very interesting. I love this trip and I will never forget It.
