<h1> 每当夜幕降临华灯初上，中润大道华侨城小区南门广场就会热闹起来，当城市上空飘荡起欢快的音乐声，周边社区居民和过路市民便三三两两地汇聚于此，伴随着或铿锵有力或抒情浪漫富有韵律的动听操曲，在穿着统一整齐操服的领操老师们的带领下，跟随音乐节拍舞动起来，开启了佳木斯快乐舞步健身操的健身之旅。</h1> <h1></h1><h1> 佳木斯快乐舞步健身操是融合了体育、舞蹈、健美操等多种运动形式，融入流行歌曲等现代时尚元素、追求人体健康与美的运动项目，是由黑龙江省佳木斯市退休干部于继承发明的一套健身体操。2008年佳操一推出，就深受广大群众喜爱，成为佳木斯市的一个亮丽的名片， 很快成为运动热潮。2012年经过国际体育总局备案，是国家规定套路中的一套，因此在全国各地迅速发展，遍布大江南北，甚至走出了国门，流传到了美国、澳大利亚等国家。</h1><h3><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);
