<h3> 美术是美感认知的重要实现途径和表达手段，美育主要靠美术教育来体现和完成。而美术教育的画卷则是靠千千万万个美术教师来润色的。8月22日，洛龙区中小学美术教师暑假业务培训，在龙城双语小学综合楼报告厅如期举行。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 洛龙区教体局教研室美术教研员李菲老师向参加培训的近百名美术教师介绍了此次培训的流程以及学习安排，强调了作为美术教师业务学习的重要性。同时她也希望参训教师能够珍惜这次难得的学习机会，有效利用本次培训的各项资源，为本校的美术教育发展贡献自己的力量。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 今天上午有幸参加了书法美术教师培训，观摩了几位老师的优质课，每一节课都有很多值得我学习的地方。田老师的课堂设计从易到难，从描到写，层层递进，环环相扣，孩子们在练习时，也配上了舒缓的音乐，让孩子们在乐曲中尽情地去书写。陈老师准备的素材非常精致、丰富，纹样设计多种多样，可以说让人眼前一亮。张老师所制作的站立、倒立小男孩太厉害啦，很有意思，最后也非常细心的给孩子们强调一些需要注意的问题。最后一位老师反复地教孩子们去练习，去感受……这一次的学习，对优质课有了更清晰明确的方向，感谢李老师的精心组织。 （五实校 李晶晶）</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 听了几位老师的课，我收获了很多，在田教师的书法课中课堂中以学生为主，注重学生的自评、生生互评，在展示学生作品时，先让学生评价，师生互动充分，教学环节层层递进，内容从简单到复杂 由局部到整体，教学设计新颖，导入也吸引眼球，在以后的教学中也要注重自己所欠缺的东西。张老师的主体与背景这一课堂中变换不同的场景来区分主体与背景，气氛活跃吸引人，符合学生的特点，这些都是值得我学习的。在以后的美术教学中也要精心组织和准备，把教育理论运用到教学实践中，努力做到上好每一节课。（<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">西高明德小学 郭宁）</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);"> 书法课《兰叶撇》小感：</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">田老师整节课大致可以概括为：“引-试-评-范-果”。书法课程本身比较晦涩难懂，通过游戏“找不同”引入情景；“生”“重”“月”“石”导入本节课重点——“变化”。以“兰叶”的国画作品为切入点，更加具象，与课题也十分契合，同时增加了学生们对国画的认识。以顺口溜的形式总结要点让学生进行小试，之后让学生之间点评讨论。田老师示范兰叶撇的正确书写，提出要求，学生再次实践，展示成果。整节课环环相扣，增加课程趣味性，当然，在学生具体实操过程出现的用笔错误，书写习惯和作品失误这些小问题上可以加强重视，严谨教学。（广利街小学 王新）</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
