<h3> A teaching forum for key teachers of middle school was held in our county town on July 12.With anticipation and the desire to learn,we arrived early . </h3> <h3> The first lecture was given by Mr Zeng who is a special-grade teacher in Hainan.Devoted to teaching for so many years,he is still an enthusiasticic ,deligient and avid teacher.Though I’ve never met him before,I admired him the moment I saw him,not only because of his reputation but his voice and tone like the breeze that warmed up my heart. </h3> <h3> With the development of economy and technology ,the changing of the interaction of the students and teachers,we teachers really must change our class,which is the theme of Mr Zeng’s lecture.</h3> <h3> The relationship between teachers and students,the teaching concept ,content and approach are the points Mr Zeng ed on.</h3> <h3> Being a popular teacher is not a thing can be done without efforts.We need to build up our prestige step by step, the love and concern to the students,the knowledge ,personality and so on,which make up our personal charm.With the improvement of the relationship of the teacher and the students,teaching can be well executed .Most of us care about how we can implant knowledge to students efficiently.Actually,the basis of teaching is showing our love to them.Love the house love the dog .</h3> <h3> The newly-changing teaching concept lies in what and how to inspire students to think.Knowledge and skills are no longer the main things we do in class.As a teacher in the new era,we need to be an instructor,leader,promoter.The role of the students correspondingly is changed into individual person who doesn’t relies mostly on the teacher.Students are encouraged to meditate and cooperate ,therefore,they can learn independently.</h3> <h3> What impressed me most is the way he teaches tenses and voices.He combines all the key tenses in a paragraph so as to help the students master them correctly and easily.Most of the time we complain about the laziness and stupidness of students ,but we neglect the approach that can make teaching efficiently.I was amazed at his clever way to blend these tenses together.A briliant teacher is the one who thinks more than others.</h3> <h3>Mr Zeng’s lecture lit up my heart as a match shone the darkness.His wisdom and passion to teaching inspires me to think about my teaching career.</h3>
