white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 这是一片红色热土。2016年4月，习近平总书记来革命老区六安视察时指出，一寸山河一寸血，一抔热土一抔魂，这里是中国革命的重要策源地，人民军队的重要发源地。革命战争年代，这里是鄂豫皖革命根据地的重要组成部分，是皖西革命根据地的核心区域，是安徽省红色区域中心，在安徽革命战争史上创下了“四个第一”的辉煌成就，即：发动了安徽省第一次民团起义——诸佛庵民团起义；组建了安徽省第一支正规红军——中国工农红军第11军第33师；成立了安徽省第一个县级苏维埃政府——霍山县苏维埃政府；成为安徽省第一个全境赤化县。中共安徽省委在1931年2月23日给中央的报告中称：“全省规定四个中心县，红色区域以霍山作中心，白色区域以安庆、合肥、屯溪三县作中心”。新中国成立后，这里是治淮工程和淠史杭工程的核心区，佛子岭水库大坝号称“新中国第一坝”，也是安徽“小三线”的核心区，曾经拥有9个“三线厂”和一家军工医院。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
