        2019年4月25日下午，B737机型第一季度外籍飞行员安全技术研讨会在北京基地综合楼212会议室组织召开。海口、广州、深圳、三亚设立分会场，外籍飞行员通过移动设备进行视频连线。B737三大队一中队经理薛汉文主持召开本次会议，B737机队经理袁丹波、三大队行政经理谌锋、业务经理路烨、飞行员服务助理葛鸿及BROEKMAN ERWIN等十六名外籍飞行员参会。会议邀请外籍/台湾飞行员招聘管理中心同事列席参会。

On April 25, 2019, the First Quarter of B737 Foreign Pilots Safety Meeting was held in Beijing. The multi-media were used and the attendance can use the portable devices to attend the meeting. Shawn, the squadron manager, presided the meeting. Mr. YUAN Danbo, the fleet manager, Andy Jr., the assistant manager, Penelope, the business manager, Ms. GE Hong, the assistant, and sixteen foreign pilots attended the meeting. Apart from that, the staff of Foreign/Taiwan Pilots center was invited to attend the meeting.

       B737机队经理袁丹波代表机队对外籍飞行员第一季度的辛勤付出表示感谢并询问外籍飞行员飞行生活中遇到的问题及困难，表示机队将竭尽全力帮助解决。

Mr. YUAN Danbo represented B737 fleet to give warm greeting and thanks to the great efforts of all the foreign pilots and asked the questions and problems met in the flight and daily life. He expressed that B737 fleet will make efforts to solve the problems that the foreign pilots met.

        B737三大队一中队经理薛汉文就近期不安全事件分析了成因和预防措施，重点对“宁波地形警告事件”及西安地区连续发生的“五防”事件进行宣贯，要求严格执行SOP、落实飞行程序，强调扎实的飞行技术及严谨的飞行作风是飞行安全的保证。组织外籍飞行员对CRM及中外文化差异进行讨论，希望外籍飞行员可以对副驾驶作出正确评价，充分履行各机组成员职责，良好的CRM是保证飞行安全的前提。

Shawn analyzed the unsafe events happening in recent time, especially the Ningbo airport RWY13 ILS approach, and the “Five Preventions” in XIY. It is requested that all the pilots should strictly follow the SOP. Flight skills and discipline are the priority to the flight safety. In the meeting, all the attendance had a discussion on the CRM and culture differences. It is hoped that all the foreign pilots will give correct uations and comments on the F/O and each flight crew member will conduct the responsibilities as required. Good CRM is the essential factor to the flight safety.

        此次会议的召开，打破了沟通壁垒，加强了外籍飞行员与机队间的交流，解决了外籍飞行员关心的问题，提高了B737机型的团队凝聚力。

The meeting improves the communication between the fleet and foreign pilots, solves the concerning questions of the foreign pilots and improves the team work of B737 fleet.
