font-family: Helvetica;"><br></span></h3> <h3>过程:</h3><h3>1、<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Helvetica;">鲀鱼鲞</span>提早两个小时用开水浸泡至软,用剪刀✂️剪成差不多二厘米宽的鱼鲞块。</h3><h3><br></h3> <h3>2、把五花肉洗干净,切成三厘米左右大的肉块;大蒜洗干净,切成三厘米左右长的蒜段;生姜洗干净,用刀拍碎,干辣椒🌶️洗干净,一折两段;鲜辣椒🌶️洗干净切成圈;茴香、桂皮洗干净。</h3><h3><br></h3> <h3>3、把五花肉块,整齐地摆放在高压锅里;生姜块、干辣椒🌶️段、茴香、桂皮放入高压锅里;倒上适量的料酒(肉块的二分之一处),再加入清水,刚好没过肉块。</h3><h3><br></h3><h3>盖上锅盖,大火烧至减压阀转动,改为中火烧十五分钟。<br></h3><h3><br></h3> <h3>4、锅里倒入适量的油,烧至六、七成热,加入两小勺白糖,煸炒成焦糖色。</h3><h3><br></h3> <h3>5、锅里均匀地摆放好已熟了的肉块,大约两分钟后,翻个面,再约两分钟后,进行翻炒,让肉块上色。</h3><h3><br></h3> <h3>6、加入适量的酱油、盐、少量的陈醋、生姜块、鲜辣椒🌶️圈进行翻炒均匀。</h3><h3><br></h3> <h3>7、加入<span style="font-size: 12pt;
