"><font color="#ed2308">🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁</font></h3><h3><div style="text-align: center;"><font color="#ed2308">福建7997公益“暖心助学”申请开始报名啦</font></div><font color="#ed2308"> 福建省七九九七救灾助学公益服务中心，是2016年7月9日闽清梅溪流域特大洪灾救灾救援中自发组建的公益志愿者团队，并于2018年7月成立了党支部，目前参与志愿者1100多人、注册志愿者95人、中共党员7人。两年来，累计对接各界爱心善款187.8万元，得到福州市委文明办“暖心助学”专项补助5万元，先后开展公益活动130多场次，帮扶慰问受灾户、特困户、困境儿童等880多户，各类志愿服务总时长达到50327小时，列全国众多志愿团队第153名。
七九九七公益团队成立以来，一直走在救灾救助、救孤助学、扶老助残的公益路上，伴随着七九九七志愿者繁忙的蓝色身影、走遍闽清山村乡野的匆匆脚步，他们融微爱、聚善心，献微力、躬善行，种福田、播善德，义无反顾地付出自己的微薄之力，竭尽所能地敢作为、敢担当，编织了一个又一个温暖人心的小城故事，谱写了一曲曲充满正能量的志愿者之歌，关爱白樟老奶奶催人泪下，情暖梅邑善行义举，暖心助学心手接力，拯救“墨鱼头小伙”情动八闽，帮扶“四姐弟”温暖全城。主要公益项目有：
一、“爱在7997暖心助学”。七九九七志愿者倾心关爱贫困学生、困境儿童的帮扶助学，已开展了27期“爱在7997暖心助学”活动，慰问困境儿童451人次，其中长期助学46人。同时，7997公益党支部携手闽清实验小学党支部对每位长期助学对象安排2位党员教师进行每月助学金发放，并跟踪、帮扶，每年开展2次与对接学生座谈会，安排购买学习生活用品、聚餐、游览等活动，全面做好学习辅导、行为规范、心理疏导等工作，给予贫困生课外“家式关怀”，将帮扶模式由单纯助学的物质层面提升到对学生的生活习性、品德养成、向上向善的精神层面，成为反响良好、独具特色的公益品牌。
二、扶老助残，携力善行。持续开展慰问革命“五老”、“九九敬老”、免费发放“黄手环”等志愿服务。“池”来的爱—拯救“墨鱼头”行动感人肺腑，闽清上莲乡的“墨鱼头男孩”，20多年来头上一直顶着奇怪的肉瘤，从脸颊一直连到后脖颈，双眼球也被肉瘤挤爆失明。七九九七介入以后，引起社会广泛关注，在省红十字会等多方帮助下，成功进行了手术治疗，帮助小池得以重焕新生。
三、精准扶贫，情暖梅邑。志愿者对全县1000多户贫困群众建立了档案，并多次对接帮扶。规模最大的一次是携手厦门闽清经济发展促进会给全县431户贫困家庭送上慰问金28.5万元、慰问物资3.65万元。携手福建省恒申慈善基金会开展“贫困母亲”帮扶及其子女助学活动，已帮扶贫困母亲35名。同时，响应县委文明办的号召，积极参与“全民动员、绿化闽清”“保护母亲河”等文明创建活动。
七九九七的微爱暖心公益行，先后得到了福建日报、海都报、福建电视台、新闽清等各级媒体上百次的采访报道，光荣评选为2017年度福州市“最佳志愿服务组织”、福建省百家优秀志愿服务组织，一批志愿者评选为“闽清县道德模范”“最美志愿者”，成为闽清县委、县政府全面开展应急抢险救灾、灾后恢复重建工作一股有力的补充力量。福建七九九七公益积极贯彻落实市委文明办“助力新福州，建功新时代”志愿服务行动，2018年上半年，团队又募集了50多万元助学善款，正持续接力开展“爱在7997暖心助学”活动。
为了更广泛的帮助家庭困难且品学兼优的学生，福建7997公益拟通过网络报名的方式筛选出闽清县白中镇、金沙镇、池园镇、云龙乡4乡镇更多符合条件的学生。报名可由本人填写或由志愿者推荐，筛选出符合基本条件后，福建7997公益志愿者将再次入户核查。
○申请时间：2018年10月30-11月11日
○捐助对象：户籍为闽清县白中镇、金沙镇、池园镇、云龙乡4乡镇辖区内家庭困难且品学兼优的小学、中学、高中学生，以前有接受7997捐助过的学生不在这次活动范围。
○捐助金额：捐助40名困境学子，每人助学金1000元和部分生活物资，对个别品学兼优者可实行长期对接。
