<h3>Buy flour in supermarkets. </h3><h3>超市买面粉.</h3> <h3>  Balance 8 grams of yeast in warm water at 35 C for 10 minutes. Add two bottles of pure milk and 200 grams of sugar.</h3><h3>35℃温水将8克酵母调匀,静置10分钟。加入两瓶纯牛奶,200克白糖。<br></h3> <h3>Knead evenly. </h3><h3>用力揉均匀。</h3> <h3><h3>Fermentation (3 hours in summer and 6 hours in winter)</h3></h3><h3>发酵(夏天3小时,冬天6小时左右)</h3> <h3><h3>Rub the air out of the dough and cut it into cubes. Put it in the steamer and ferment for 30 minutes.</h3></h3><h3>把面团中的空气揉掉,切成长方体。放入蒸箱二次发酵30分钟。</h3> <h3><h3>Steam for 15 minutes.
