The Fourth Quarter of B737 Fleet Foreign Pilots Seminar and Basketball Friendly Match

       2018年11月16日下午，B737机型第四季度外籍飞行员技术研讨会在北京召开，此次会议首次使用多媒体视频连线的方式召开，通过移动设备进行视频链接，实现外籍飞行员“非现场”参会。为促进中外飞行员情感沟通，增强团队协助精神，提高团队凝聚力，展现B737机型飞行员积极向上的精神风貌，特在技术研讨会前在北京基地体育中心篮球馆举办中外籍飞行员篮球友谊赛。B737北京机队经理郝志军、各中队经理及外籍飞行员代表参加此次技术研讨会及篮球友谊赛。

      On November 16, 2018, the Fourth Quarter of B737 Foreign Pilots Seminar was held in Beijing. The multi-media were used for the first time and the attendance can use the portable devices to attend the meeting. In order to promote the communication between the Chinese and foreign pilots, and enhance the team spirit of B737, a basketball friendly match was held before the seminar. Mr. HAO Zhijun, the manager of B737 Beijing fleet, all the squadron managers and the representatives of foreign pilots attend the seminar and take part into the basketball match.

        本次比赛随机分组，赛前，双方运动员进行了充分的热身准备，并握手致意。随着比赛的哨声吹响，双方运动员迅速投入比赛，你争我夺，双方防守都很严密，比赛打得很激烈。带球、运球、投篮等一系列动作潇洒、帅气，赢得场外的阵阵喝彩声。赛后两队队员走到一起，进行了友好的沟通和交流，“友谊第一，比赛第二。”

       All the competitors of two teams prepared well before the match, and made great efforts on the match competition. It was a wonderful and cracking match. After the match, the competitors of two teams communicated together, and shared their own   experiences. “Friendship First, Competition Second”

       

       短暂休息后，B737北京一中队经理胥元盛与北京、海口、广州、深圳等各属地外籍飞行员进行了多媒体视频连线。首先对全体外籍飞行员的努力工作表示感谢及肯定，希望全体外籍飞行员可以继续保持严谨的工作态度，保证运行安全。并对近期发生的不安全事件进行了学习和讨论，对于“深圳航空在呼和浩特冲出跑道事件”进行了着重分析，要求全体外籍飞行员吸取教训，提高飞行质量，严把安全裕度，保证飞行安全。

        After the short brake, Mr. XU Yuansheng, the manager of the first squadron held the meeting with the foreign pilots in Beijing, Haikou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. First, the manager appreciated the efforts of all the foreign pilots, gave thanks to all of them and hoped everyone will keep the serious working attitude and ensure the flight safety. Based on the runway incursion happened in HET of Shenzhen Airlines, the manager gave analysis on the case, and hoped all the pilots will learn lesson from it, improve the flight quality, give enough margin on the flight safety and keep operation safety.

        近期，根据集团安委会要求，修改稳定进近红线标准，会议再次将修改后的标准进行宣贯，要求全体外籍飞行员认真学习，严格遵守稳定进近的相关标准，严禁触碰公司安全红线。强调模拟机训练前签到及酒测规定，强制报告及主动报告规定，高度调定“三步法”。严谨的飞行作风是保证飞行安全的基础，严格执行各项规章制度是严谨飞行作风的体现。

       In recent time, the Red Line of company has been revised based on the requirements of the Safety Committee. Hope all the pilots will keep the red line in mind and strictly follow the regulations in flight operation. Regulations on sign in and alcohol test before simulator training, compulsory report and active report, and “Three-step” on altitude change were emphasized again. Serious flight discipline is the basic for flight safety, while strictly follow the regulations is the reflection on serious flight discipline.

        此次外籍飞行员技术研讨会的顺利召开及篮球友谊赛的圆满举行，增进了中外籍飞行员的沟通与交流，增强了中外籍飞行员的凝聚力及认同感，希望全体飞行员将赛场中的拼搏精神带到工作中去，在今后的飞行运行中，严格执行各项规章制度，坚决遵守飞行纪律，用实际行动保证飞行安全，为海南航空，为中国民航事业的发展而努力。

        The held on the seminar and basketball friendly match improves the communication between the Chinese and foreign pilots. Hope everyone will bring the match spirit into the flight operation, strictly follow the regulations, obey the flight discipline, ensure the flight safety and give efforts on HNA and Chinese Aviation.
