orphans: 2; text-align: justify; white-space: normal; widows: 2; font-family: 微软雅黑; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.75em; word-wrap: break-word !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">闭上双眼,双手向前伸直,伸出食指,保持伸直状态,让两食指指尖相聚。正常状态下,两食指指尖可以相聚,若出现上下相错的状态,则表示骨盆出现了问题。</h3> <h3><font color="#ed2308"><b> 骨盆歪斜怎么改善</b></font></h3><h3><font color="#ed2308"><b></b></font><b><font color="#ff8a00">调整正确的坐姿</font></b> 将身体的重心放在坐骨上,保证腰背挺直,肩膀放松,双腿微微分开,小腿垂直地面,脖颈自然伸直。 <b><font color="#ff8a00">松解紧张的肌肉</font></b> 调整的第一步就是松解,松解紧张的肌肉,而侧倾里面紧张的肌肉,就是骨盆高的这一侧的腹内、外斜肌,就是侧腰的地方。可以用泡沫轴来回滚动,进行松解。</h3> <h1><font color="#ed2308"><b> 体式练习</b></font></h1><h3><b style="line-height: 30.6px;"><font color="#ff8a00">1、束角式</font></b><span style="line-height: 30.6px;"> </span><span style="line-height: 30.6px;">坐姿,屈膝,脚心相对,双手十指相扣抱住双脚。吸气,把脊柱伸展打开。呼气,上身前屈。(注:骨盆歪斜,在这里膝盖会一高一低,控制将更多意识放在你感觉比较紧张的那一侧上。) </span><br></h3> <h3><b style="line-height: 30.6px;"><font color="#ff8a00">2、牛面式</font></b><span style="line-height: 30.6px;"> 双脚交叠,用脚跟去贴对侧的臀部。吸气,双手向前爬,让身体下沉。呼气,收腹部,骨盆下沉到地面。(注:对经常跷二郎腿的人,此动作会很有困难,此时不需要勉强,保持上身垂直地面就可以,暂时不需要前倾,循序渐进地练习。) </span><br></h3> <h3><b style="line-height: 30.6px;"><font color="#ff8a00">3、三角式</font></b></h3><h3><span style="line-height: 30.6px;">站姿,双脚分开大约两个到两个半肩膀宽。右脚尖外展,左脚尖内收。吸气,手臂平展体侧。呼气,上身平移向右,向下,让右手去接触地面。</span><br></h3> <h3><b><font color="#ff8a00">四、松弛骨盆</font></b> 1. 两腿向前伸展,微微张开,令笔直的双腿互相平衡,脚掌向前绷直,上身挺直,收腹挺胸,两肩下垂,双手自然地放于身体两侧靠后的位置,支撑身体。 </h3> <h3>2. 将左膝弯曲90度,膝盖向内,小腿平摆于左侧,用小腿与左脚内侧着地,上身微微转向,令重心往右移动。 左膝慢慢抬起,左脚脚掌踩地,同时转动左侧的股关节,带动上身恢复方向,重心重新移回正中央。<br></h3> <h3>3. 将抬起的左膝再次下摆,左侧的大腿、膝盖、小腿、脚掌的内侧贴地,腰部往右侧倾,重心移到右后方,然后将右腿向外屈膝,抬起小腿,令右脚脚掌踏在左膝上</h3> <h3><b><font color="#ff8a00">五、矫正骨盆</font></b> 1. 全身躺平,右腿向前伸直,左膝向内弯曲,小腿内侧着地,并与大腿成90度直角,双脚脚掌绷直,手臂屈肘,双手叠放于骨盆的左侧,缓缓呼气。<br></h3> <h3>2. 保持全身姿势,缓缓抬起左膝,令左侧大腿与小腿离地,左脚踩地<br></h3> <h3>3. 将左膝再次压在地上,保持大腿与小腿的90度夹角,骨盆转向右侧,右膝向外弯曲,右脚外侧架在左膝上,令左右小腿连成直线,保持姿势5秒。</h3> <h3><b><font color="#ff8a00">六、骨盆瘦身</font></b> 1.躺卧在地上,双腿屈膝大大地张开,脚掌往外,双手分别扶在骨盆的左右两侧上,然后抬起臀部,令骨盆浮于地面,仅用脚掌、背部、头部着地。<br></h3><h3>2. 保持臀部离地的状态下,将弯曲的左膝往内转动股关节,骨盆向有倾斜,同时令左侧的大腿与小腿成90度直角。</h3><h3><span style="line-height: 1.8;">3. 将转向的左腿恢复原来的姿势,左脚着地,以同样的方式将右膝往内转向,右侧小腿与大腿成90度。注意整个过程中,大腿与小腿、臀部始终离地。</span></h3> <h3><b><font color="#ff8a00">七、躯干重整</font></b> 1. 双腿屈膝躺卧,小腿与大腿成90度,膝盖并拢,但两脚之间相隔一个拳头的空位,两臂往头顶的方向伸展,手掌向外,用绳子固定在手腕的地方,令两臂保持平衡,臀部着地,腰部上抬浮地。<br></h3> <h3>2. 保持上身的姿势,将骨盆转向右侧,左侧臀部离地,双腿保持紧靠地同时带动扭转,注意上身切勿跟着转动,要好好固定姿势,左右交替地转动5次。</h3> <h3 style="color: rgb(104, 49, 0);
