8.花瓣会慢慢地自然打开,这时候如果用筷子轻轻碰一下会发现花瓣是软的,最后花瓣全部打开,这时可以调整一下火候,因为一直加热的话油温会偏高
9.花瓣全部打开以后再炸几分钟,炸至花瓣定型,这时候用筷子轻轻碰一下应该觉得花瓣不会变形了,这样就可以捞出控油
