<p><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 在美丽的千里大凉山，有这样一位“知名人士”，说到他的名字，不仅仅是教育界，在各行各业也几乎是无人不知、无人不晓。他、就是年逾花甲仍满怀激情，马不停蹄为民族教育而奔走的老人 ――马布都先生！ </b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 上世纪50年代，马布都出生在凉山喜德县一个叫“玛果梁子”的小山村，由于山区极度贫困，生存条件极度恶劣，马布都很小就失去了父爱，和母亲相依为命长大，马布都先生讲：“没有共产党就没有新中国，没有党的领导和民族政策的温暖就没有和谐进步的新凉山，是党和政府为我创设了长大成人的条件，是内地来的汉族老师教给了我知识，启迪我觉醒，感恩他们用自己的青春和热血，照亮了凉山迈进现代文明的路”。1977年马布都从凉山民族师范校以品学兼优的成绩毕业，分配到凉山州教育局工作，从此这一生就交给了党，交给了凉山的民族教育！</b></p> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 40多年过去了，马布都无论从基础教育到大中专招生，从基层工作到州级领导，从行政管理到大众公益，从风华正茂的小伙到花甲老人，始终以一颗赤诚的心，感恩党的培养，感恩凉山大地的养育，爱憎分明、始终如一，以满腔的热血，默默的付出，辛勤的工作，为凉山民族教育的不断进步竭尽全力，以民族教育探索者，引领者、践行者的身份努力前行，为凉山民族教育唱响了一曲又曲进步之歌！</font></b></h3> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 有人说；一滴水也能折射出太阳的光芒，马布都在数十年的教育生涯中成就了成千上万的精英人才，帮助过无数的弱势群体。 从奴隶社会直接进入到社会主义社会的大凉山，可谓是一步跨千年，经济落后教育基础薄弱，考生的成绩与内地考生相比差距较大，竞争力不强，但凉山急需要人才，虽然中央有对民族的政策，但政策却需要人去落实，为此马布都同志，几十年来不知为符合条件的考生，跑了多少路，说了多少情，做了多少艰苦细致的工作！他把凉山每一个考生，当做是自己的儿女，千方百计的把他们送进理想的学校，对那些考得高分的考生他如获至宝，想尽一切办法把他们送进名牌大学，考分差一些的加上照顾分，上了录取线，也是千方百计跟踪录取进程直到录取！他深知人才对凉山的重要性，更是希望这些考生学好本领后，都能够回来参与到大凉山社会进步经济发展的洪流中。</font></b></h3> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 1988年，凉山各地普降暴雨，山洪爆发，河水猛涨，当时距离高考只有六天的时间，为了将高考，考试卷送至各县，在州委州政府的坚强领导下，马布都同志做了大量的工作，严格要求自己，加强团结同志，亲自带领招办的同志，协同武警、公安展开了一场惊心动魄的抗洪抢险鏖战，马布都和同事们冒着大雨，顶着飞石和泥石流的威胁，把自己的生死置之度外，背着试卷历经艰难险阻，将试卷安全的送到目的地，为考生高考赢得了宝贵的时间！</font></b></h3> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 2017年8月10日，为了摸清州内自主搬迁农户的真实状况，马布都同志陪同有关领导一起实地调研了凉山州内所有的自主搬迁农户，为州委州政府提供了第一手的真实资料。 山路泥泞，时而骄阳如火，时而暴雨倾盆，上山下山五个多小时，高血压、痛风等等在他这里都不算个事儿，都没有放在心上，个人的得失从来不计较，而人民的事却高于一切，大事、小事、事无大小，事事关心，宁愿一天只吃一顿饭，也要把18万多自主搬迁户的事做好，绝不落下一人一户。 </font></b></h3> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 最近被选为全国残联副主席的沙马约古，高中毕业时成绩优秀，但身有残疾而面临失学，马布都知道后，千方百计的去说服学校，最终被正常录取，沙马有古同志身残志坚，不仅以优异的成绩毕业，走上工作岗位以后也没有辜负马老的一片苦心，努力的工作，不断的进步，终于成长为残疾人士中的杰出代表！</font></b></h3> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 类似的事例还有很多很多，他的事迹引领着人们的言行，感染着人们的内心世界，也正是他几十年如一日，把党为人民服务的要求扎扎实实的落实到每一天，每件事，才有了凉山人民大众良好的口碑；“春风春雨春满人间”，马布都的事迹是中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的宗旨在他身上得以具体的体现，也突显了一个共产党员的高风亮节，他无愧于全国人民满意的优秀公务员的光荣称号！</font></b></h3> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 在与青年朋友特别是教育界朋友的交流中，马布都先生经常谈到，没有爱就没有教育，因为他知道，在这个世界上最伟大的力量就是爱的力量，而这个爱，要落实到每一个人，就是生命的价值在于责任担当，爱与责任不可分割，这是教育不变的定律。 他经常讲：教育的价值高于一切，一切智慧源于教育，教育使人成为有能力的人，成为有价值能创造幸福的人，一个没有教育没有知识的民族，是悲哀的，是没有前途的。 从马布都的身上我们看到了一种坚持和力量，看到了一种崇高的精神境界，其实马布都的一生是为教育而生，为教育而活，为凉山民族地区的教育事业呕心沥血，倾情付出，能有此成就并得到大众的认可，实至名归，对马布都同志这一生完美的诠释是“并非地位使人争光，而是人使地位增色”。</font></b></h3> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 离开招办主任的岗位以及退休返聘的日子里，他的心仍然时刻牵挂着凉山州的高考事业和彝区学子的升学率，注重学习研究当年的招生政策，分析招生形势，掌握全省全州考生的基本情况，为前来咨询的考生及家长提供宝贵的意见。每当高考来临时，他的办公室热闹非凡，忙得他顾不上吃饭，累的精疲力尽，见此情景有些老同志和他开玩笑，“马老，您这是老中医的架势啊！该收挂号费了”，“马老您就是我们凉山州永远的编外招办主任，凉山考生的福星”。 其实作为一个从农村彝族贫困家庭成长起来的党员干部，他深知这一路的成长离不开党的教育，政府的关怀和老师们的无私奉献，自己虽然离开招生岗位多年，但心永远不会离开，这也是马布都同志退休以后继续发挥余热，回报社会，回报家乡父老的动力所在！</font></b></h3> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 恢复高考以来，马布都切身感受到了教育为大凉山带来的变化以及高考给每个家庭带来的转变，尽管此时他已退休，但依然舍不得离开在高考中共同奋斗过的同事、朋友和兄弟姐妹们！也离不开家乡的教育事业。 如今、他依然继续投身于大凉山教育扶贫和督导工作中，再穷也不能穷教育，再苦也不能苦了孩子，扶贫工作中他鼓励更多贫困家庭的孩子参与高考，改变贫困面貌，高考之花依然在扶贫工作中绽放。在督导工作中，内强素质，外树形象，依法依规，自查自纠，抓好控辍保学专项督导，全力推进督导工作的顺利进行，这是对事业的一丝不苟，对凉山民族教育的无限热爱！ </font></b></h3> <h3><b><font color="#167efb"> 我真心希望当下的青年人特别是青年教师，应以马布都同志为榜样，以马布都同志的事迹作为人生的一个追求目标，遇事沉着冷静，做事稳稳当当，摒弃社会上的一切浮躁心态，全心全意为凉山谋大局，开新篇，贡献出自己的一份力量，让马布都同志无私的奉献精神得以传承和发扬光大！</font></b></h3> <h5><b><font color="#167efb"><i>以下节录部分马布都先生及朋友的部分只言片语，作为文章结尾，与读者朋友们共勉！</i></font></b></h5> <h3 style="text-align: center;"><font color="#ed2308"><u><b>中央领导同志接见</b></u></font></h3><h3 style="text-align: center;"><font color="#ed2308"><u><b><br></b></u></font></h3><h3 style="text-align: center;"><font color="#ed2308"><u><b>出席</b></u></font><u style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);
