<h3> 1959年，由国家商业部投资、黑龙江省政府组织下，“黑龙江省玉泉酒厂”正式成立。酒厂位于黑龙江省阿城市玉泉镇，占地面积15万平方米，是国家二级企业，省级文明单位标兵，东北白酒行业的龙头，省内最大的白酒厂家。
好酒必有佳泉。玉泉镇是中国蒸馏酒发源地之一。早在900多年前，金熙宗敕令在玉泉建立皇家御酒坊，取当地玉泉水用蒸馏法酿制御酒，中国北方最早的蒸馏酒由此在玉泉诞生。自此以后，玉泉便酒坊林立，闻名天下而近千年不断。
酒厂建立后，在继承和发扬金代酿酒技术基础上，不断改革创新酿造工艺。1975年，全国白酒泰斗周恒刚领导的全国白酒技术精英专家小组，历经一年的苦心研制，首创出既有酱香、浓香型风味，又有地方特点的兼香型玉泉方瓶，成为当时中国第五大白酒香型。2002年9月，酒厂由国营企业改制为民营股份制，更名为“黑龙江玉泉酒业有限责任公司”。改制后，酒厂主要经济指标以年均30%的速度增长，核心产品“玉泉方瓶”屡获殊荣，捷报频传。
