Mr Ji's Chapter

After playing the qingzhou documentary, Principal Ji has carried on the splendid opening for us.He makes us know the appeal of Qingzhou.He tells us that every brick is history, every piece of tile is culture.

Ms He's Chapter

Ms He's report starts from a blank filling. "Yesterday was a history; tomorrow is a mystery; and now is a _gift_" That's why we call it "Present ".

So, today's reunion is a gift. These days, we will exchange ideas, learn modes of thinkings from foreigner teachers.

She takes us an attractive report as usual. Although some of us listened before, no one's mind is wondering.

She tells us what they did in the past few years and then talks about the present and the future.We all recognize the role of reading in the core literacy of the subject.

Early reading:

1.Labeling：Stick names on everything that the kids can see.

2. Using motivating activities：this activity can make the class more interesting.

3.Encouraging extensive reading and developing class liberaries：There should be lots of books in classrooms,including fiction and nonfiction ones. Especially nonfictions are necessary for boys.

Robin's Chapter

Robin brings us the language of efficient classroom lectures in the afternoon.In the dual teacher class，efficient classroom directions will make the class get twice the result with half the effort.  In the lecture，Robin regrouped the teachers in order to make teachers more able to teach in accordance with their aptitude.For children of different stages, teachers use different classroom directions.

Robin says that repetition is the mother of retention.
