班芙国家公园BANFF NATIONAL PARK

Banff National Park is Canada's oldest national park and was established in 1885. Located in the Rocky Mountains, 110180 kilometres (68112 mi) west of Calgary in the province of Alberta, Banff encompasses 6,641 square kilometres (2,564 sq mi)[2] of mountainous terrain, with numerous glaciers and ice fields, dense coniferous forest, and alpine landscapes.

Banff is a resort town in the province of Alberta, located within Banff National Park. The peaks of Mt. Rundle and Mt. Cascade, part of the Rocky Mountains, dominate its skyline. On Banff Avenue, the main thoroughfare, boutiques and restaurants mix with château-style hotels and souvenir shops. The surrounding 6,500 square kilometres of parkland are home to wildlife including elk and grizzly bears.

弓河瀑布 BOW FALLS

1953年，玛丽莲梦露主演的经典名片《大江东去》就是以弓河瀑布作为外景地。

Bow Falls is a major waterfall on the Bow River, Alberta just before the junction of it and the Spray River. The falls are located near the Banff Springs Hotel and golf course on the left-hand side of River Road.

The Banff Springs Hotel is a luxury hotel that was built during the 19th century as one of Canada's grand railway hotels, being constructed in Scottish Baronial style and located in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. The hotel was opened to the public on June 1, 1888.

Lake Minnewanka is a glacial lake located in the eastern area of Banff National Park in Canada, about five kilometres northeast of the Banff townsite.

Lake Louise is a hamlet in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies, known for its turquoise, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks and overlooked by a stately chateau. Hiking trails wind up to the Lake Agnes Tea House for bird's-eye views. There's a canoe dock in summer, and a skating rink on the frozen lake in winter. The Lake Louise Ski Resort features a wildlife interpretive center at the top of a gondola.

梦莲湖 

Moraine Lake is a glacially fed lake in Banff National Park, 14 kilometres outside the Village of Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada. It is situated in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, at an elevation of approximately 6,183 feet.

幽鹤国家公园YOHO NATIONAL PARK

Yoho National Park is in the Rocky Mountains, in eastern British Columbia, Canada. Waterfalls include Wapta Falls, on the Kicking Horse River, and towering Takakkaw Falls. A trail circles turquoise-coloured Emerald Lake, with a nearby natural stone bridge. The Lake OHara area contains alpine lakes, cliffs and wooded trails. Viewpoints overlook trains entering the Spiral Tunnels on Kicking Horse Pass.

Emerald Lake is located in Yoho National Park, British Columbia, Canada. It is the largest of Yoho's 61 lakes and ponds, as well as one of the park's premier tourist attractions.

自然桥

Natural Bridge is an impressive natural rock formation that spans the flow of the Kicking Horse River west of Field, where the slower-moving waters from the Field valley flats begin their descent through a canyon to be joined by the Amiskwi River.

塔卡夸瀑布

Takakkaw Falls is a waterfall located in Yoho National Park, near Field, British Columbia in Canada. Its highest point is 302 metres from its base, making it the 45th tallest waterfall in eastern British Columbia.

【尝试了一次"说走就走"的自驾游】

我们夫妻俩人已经年近七旬了，今年6月17日突发奇想，决定自己驾车游览心仪已久的加拿大落基山脉的班芙景区。

首先在网上钻研攻略，然后着手订制适合自己的七天行程计划，完成预定机票、旅馆和自驾所需车辆。我们6月21日离开美国，27日返回北卡的家，历程七天。说走就走，我们做到了。每天步行控制在一万步左右，体验了美景，实现了自己多年的宿愿。

我们选择在加拿大卡尔加里Calgery着陆，因为它距班芙只有个109公里约1个多小时车程；落基山脉景区内主要有班芙、幽鹤、库特尼和贾斯珀四个国家公园，我们只选择在前两个景点最集中的公园旅游。住宿班芙小镇5晚，所有计划内的景点车程都不超过1个多小时，这样最大限度地减少了车舟劳顿……

"兵马末到，粮草先行"，请特别注意：班芙景区内许多景点都没有食品供应。班芙小镇是大景区内生活设施最齐全的地方，位于镇中心的Information Center 你可以得到所有景区内的地图，及专业的旅游指导。它的公共交通可以通达班芙国家公园内的主要景点。镇中心有家超市IGA，几乎可以买到你想吃的任何日常食物。镇上可以找到日本、墨西哥、地中海等风味的饭馆，有家麦当劳店，甚至还有一家不错的中歺馆，名叫银龙。

如果将自驾与随团游做个比较的话，自驾游费用要高些且烦心、耗体力。所以对年长者来讲，不宜安排过长的时间。但自驾游在时间把握上就显得灵活得多了，若遇上喜欢的景点，可以多呆一会儿，全身心地放松自己，尽情地享受融入美景的那份惬意……
