Story once more , gain much more--光明小学第二次英语讲故事比赛!

To enrich our children's school life, to motivate their interest of learning English, to make them experience the happiness of speaking English, we held a second English story telling contest on April 19th. With the help of our leaders and the great efforts of all the English teachers and students, we had another great success.

There are some differences between this contest and that one in 2017. The first is the form of the story . Last time we had only single story, this time there's no limit in form, single story or multi-person story is OK , so more students take part in it, which can cultivate their sense of cooperation.The second is the better preparation. It is mainly embodied in students . All the contestants can tell the story in English totally without book, and some of them are good at oral English. Almost all the contestants prepare the stage props by themselves, which can enrich their after-school life. The third is the wider participation. Last year only the students in Grade Five and Six join in the activity. This year all the students from Grade Three to Grade Six join in it, making more students enjoy the joyment of English story.
