font-size:22px;"> 人们都知道茅台、五粮液是酒中的极品，但不知道小麦中的极品是何品种，这里我告诉您：小麦中的极品是“和尚头”小麦，尤其是甘肃省景泰县寺滩乡旱砂地生长的和尚头小麦。 </b></h1><h1><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size:22px;"> 和尚头小麦的麦穗无芒，故名和尚头。它的特点是极耐旱，但产量低，面粉筋骨大，和面时比较费劲，口感好，有特殊的面香味。做拉面不用放任何添加剂，一根就能拉出一碗。（现在各地的“兰州拉面”，都是放了化学“拉面剂”或者"蓬灰液"的，也有相当部分还沿用传统，放的是水蓬草烧成灰的灰水，相比化学“拉面剂”来说，也算是“绿色”的了。）</b></h1><h1><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0); color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 旱砂地小麦一般只管锄草不施肥比较省工，每亩地需要种子5-10斤不等。如果头年秋季雨水较好（有了墒），次年春夏再能下上一两场透砂雨，就能保证丰收。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 以前景泰雨水较多，新旱砂地亩产最高可达300斤。如今老旱砂地亩产仅为30斤左右，新旱砂地亩产可达150—200斤左右。由于产量很低，种植和尚头小麦的人一般都留着自己或亲友吃。而近20年来随着大型翻斗汽车铺压砂地，新砂地和翻新砂地逐步增多，和尚头小麦是这里几百年的传统作物，种植面积比例最大。和尚头小麦在农户家里存储量大，收购前景看好！</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> “和尚头小麦”具备极强的抗旱、耐瘠薄、耐盐碱性能。在土壤含水仅有5%～10%的极干旱土壤上，也能开花结实，土壤含盐量不超过0.3%时，生长正常。全生长期内不需要追肥。“和尚头小麦”的另一特点是高效益、低成本、由于“和尚头”在种植中，基本不施化肥、农药，所以无污染，是地地道道的无公害绿色食品。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 明代以前，兰州地区种植小麦，仅限于市区近郊。而兰州城北广大地区，即现在永登秦王川、皋兰、景泰等地，景泰的主种区为寺滩乡。这里降水多集中在7月、8月、9月，占年降水量的80%。相对湿度平均为54%，绝对湿度为6.6毫巴，干燥度为1.89，干旱是影响农业生产的主要灾害性天气。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size:22px;
