<p><u>朝鲁</u> 蒙古族，内蒙古兴安盟科右中旗人，内蒙古师范大学美术学院艺术理论教研室主任、内蒙古自治区蒙古文书法家协会党支部书记，内蒙古美协美术理论艺委会委员，内蒙古非物质文化遗产评审专家，全国蒙古文美术教材评审专家，中国少数民族美术促进会会员。“多彩中国——民族微型艺术国际大展”艺术顾问。从事多年美术教育工作，重点研究蒙古族美术教育及蒙古国美术教育与美术研究等，多次在“国培计划”自治区中小学美术骨干教师培训工作中担任教师和组织工作。美术作品多次参展，多篇论文发表在国内核心学术刊物。著有《外国美术史》（合著）、《美术教育学》、《蒙古国20世纪美术色彩研究》等。</p><p>Chao Lu, born in Right-Wing Central Banner of Kerqin Region, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia, is a Mongolian Minority. He acts as the Head of Art Theory Department of School of Fine Arts of Inner Mongolia Normal University, President of Mongolian Calligraphy Association, Member of Arts Council of Fine Arts Theory of Artists Association of Inner Mongolia, and Member of Mongolian Calligraphy Association of Inner Mongolia. He serves as the artistic consultant for “Contemporary China-Contemporary Miniature Art Exhibition of China”. He has been engaged in art education for many years and ed on Mongolian art education and fine arts research. He has served as a teacher and worked for Training Projects for Art Teachers of Primary and Secondary Schools in Autonomous Regions of “National Training Plan” for many times. His fine art works were exhibited many times and many papers were published in domestic core academic journals. He is an author of History of Foreign Fine Arts (Collaboration), Fine Arts Pedagogy and Study on Color of Fine Arts of Mongolia in Twentieth Century, etc.</p>
